Se7en must be having a hard time swallowing POPSEOUL!’s review of his White Day party, for he unleashed his promoters to spam our comment section and to send us malicious emails.
How unfortunate because POPSEOUL! has no plans to retract or stop expressing our opinions. But we do have several tips for Se7en and his PR camp to better handle the situation in the future.
1) Hold interviews in English
What’s the point of hosting a party in NYC if you cannot hold a simple interview in English? Last Friday night was the perfect opportunity for Se7en to practice, but I guess the ESL student wasn’t up for the challenge.
2) Learn to take the heat
Have you ever heard of the phrase “No publicity is bad publicity,” or “There’s no such thing as bad press”? Realize that there will be unfavorable articles and learn to take criticisms gracefully, since you are a public figure – albeit a small one.
3) Hire better promoters
It looks like promoters Rainstone Live and BaseNYC didn’t do their homework when they sent us Se7en’s White Day Party invitations. POPSEOUL! was, and always will be an opinion driven blog that infuses sarcasm and humor into every article. But Nelson from Rainstone Live thought POPSEOUL! was a fan site and when he found out that it wasn’t, he left a lengthy comment and sent us an email that states
Harry tell steve to tell popseoul, they will never be invited to any events rainstone live / swerve / base puts together or is involved in.
I guess Nelson is incapable of sending his own emails since he had to ask two people to email us a simple message.
4) Refrain from inviting POPSEOUL! in the future
If last week’s White Day Party is the best you can do, please refrain from sending us invitations. We do not want to waste our time and money on events that lack substance and professionalism.

When will Se7en debut in the US?

This blog amazed me beyond belief… Here is an Asian artist, who in the past years had worked really hard to get to where he is today, and who confined himself to US for months, forgoing his activities in Korea and Japan trying to establish himself in the western music industry. The guy spent almost a year (or more) trying to make his debut in US.. the least you could do is spend your worthy time trying to trash se7en and blow up the whole “Se7en can’t take critisms” thingy. From the accounts of people who attended the event, it seems pretty successful.
Give the guy a break. In this first step towards his US debut, you have to make a BIG DEAL out of a “host party” and create negative clouds about se7en. It’s not a concert you know, and “Refrain from inviting POPSEOUL! in the future” –> *rolling eyes* Do you think you’re a top journalist? Oh man!! You need to trim your oversized EGO. And No, I’m not a promoter of se7en, just a mere passerby wanting to find out more about se7en and his american debut.
Wats wit da bad comments!…i feel bad 4 se7en…he’s just a lil sensitive!!dyam ..no matter wat i’ll always luv his music
Is this, the most largest comments popseouls has ever had on an entry? Damn.
What is up with popseoul.
I read this because it had real stuff.
But not it seems like this website is full of trash.
I mean you didn’t even consider than here he was trying to make his debut in the states.
Learning another language is hard.
Saying that Se7en can’t take criticism is wrong because,
while everyone looks for good in people.
POPSEOUL looks for the bad.
