CF queen Kim Tae Hee sheds all her makeup and goes au natural in a series of new commercials for Olympus Korea.
Not only is she blessed with a face less than 12 cm, she is also one of the rare people on this Earth who actually have to work hard at being ugly. Look how much effort she’s putting into cringing her perfect face!
Just 10 days after its release, the commercial ranks as most popular in the electronics commercial category. With the overwhelming positive feedback, Olympus will produce two more commercials in the same series.
Which celebrities would you like to see without their precious makeup?
she looks exactly the same with or without makeup. over here in the states, i think we would call her cute. not beautiful. and she is wearing something. believe me. there is ALWAYS something. either baby oil on the skin (models do that for their makeup-less photoshoots) or something. sure she has the natural face which makeup can and does enhance but i don’t see the big deal at all.

although they say it’s no makeup, they still put light makeup for magazines and tv shows unless they were shot unexpectedly. She’s a pretty girl but im 100% sure she still have light makeup on.

Why bring up SHG when this is def a KTH thing…..get over your jealousy, no-one cares that you would like to see SHG who looks like nothing in person w/o make-up..this is Kim Tae Hee w/o make-up….anyways I think KTH is lovely with a very feminie face, and for those of you who say…she HAS to have on a light makeup do a double take, some people have natural minerals in their skin so that make-up isn’t needed and then there is the obvious: not everyone needs makeup, and just because YOU do doesnt mean that she does, she obviously has very good skin..I’ve never seen a pic of her where it was just SO obvious that she had makeup on……..

daniel, better get used to it cause Song Hye Gyo fans do that to every celebrity who surpasses their idol in CF’s or other areas.
They are insecure and obsessive little creatures who can’t accept other celebrities beside Song Hye Gyo.
You should see how they viciously bash other celebs in polls and forums, but when anyone dares to give a less favorable opinion about Song Hye Gyo, they can’t handle it and attack other people’s opinion. They can dish it out, but they can’t take it. It’s ridiculous how they think Song Hye Gyo is the most perfect being, while others are just dirt compared to her.

SHK looks so damn stiff, unnatural and has her mouth open in almost every CF and ads I’ve seen her in, as if somebody surprisingly shoved a stick up her butt!

Any artist who steps in front of a camera will wear SOME make-up, but either way, KTH has been unfairly blessed in the gene department.

sorry, i should mentioned some dramas. and yeah, not only korean dramas, but asian drama.
when i said that they wear makeup all the time even sleep, i was thinking about lee da hae and rainie yang in devil beside you.
im sure she still has make up on..if not she will look way too pale on screen..but still her cute face doesnt need much make up on coz she’s pretty as it is

but there’re tones of ways for makeup artist for make one looks “bare” under camera. so i doubt if it’s truly “au naturel” here.
