Phelps is LEGEND (Olympic qualification at FIFTEEN!) but this kiddie is not too bad at all either. Lots of potential and he’s nowhere near his prime yet.
As for his body - he has a fine swimmer’s body, not too big at all, just impeccably toned. If anything swimming makes GIRLS look like they’re on steroids, especially butterfliers. All the shoulder, neck, and back muscles that form all but hide cleavage already squished by race suits. Then add a cap and goggles XD And even out of water, a female flier can’t dream of wearing shoulder emphasizing shirts w/o looking like a transgender ^_^
Also, I think the banner is fine. For chrissake it’s just a bloody banner.

Phelps will not and cannot compete in Park Tae Hwan’s 400m freestyle. PTW is the favorite to win gold in 400m, a medal contender in 200m and possibly 1600m. As for 400m, Park will blow Phelps away.
