Seo In Young, cuz she made the mushroom hair one of the biggest hairstyle trend of 2008 in Korea!!! She made it iconic and Tae Min followed afterwards. Actually MC Mong came before Taemin as well.

I bet the majority of people saying the bowl cut is ugly isn’t even korean. So really, your opinion doesn’t matter to korean celebs/trend-setters.

And honestly, long hair on a girl’s so freaking overrated. Bowl cuts aren’t always the most flattering (incredibly hard for people to pull off, I admit), but at least give people with bowl cuts the credit for being original and daring.
