Jun Jin stars in a new reality tv show for popular music channel Mnet called “Jun Jin and 4 High school girls.” Living under a single roof, the 28 year old will take on the role of ajusshi and care-taker of 4 wild teenage girls. Yah, we know, he’s not married, so technically he is not an ajusshi. But damn, the man is nearing 30 and he is going to be living in the same house as 4 10-something girls? Let’s just hope that Jun Jin takes his caretaker responsibilities seriously! We wouldn’t want him to be like Rain.
Since Jun Jin has to appear fatherly, the ajusshi revealed his nurturing side by reassuring us that this experience will be an opportunity to become a better parent in the future.

Kinda of a creepy concept since he is not that old, and the girls are hitting puberty age. Don’t think the same concept would go over well here in the US. I think it would have worked better if they used a female star, like Chae Yeon. Unless the producers are actually trying to play on the sexual dynamics of the situation.

i really can’t get myself to say awwww. it’s sort of disturbing. i don’t think he’s THAT old and the girls are high schoolers-meaning they’re between 13-19. If this sort of situation occurred privately- there’s a good chance of the guy hooking up with one of the girls for a night or two.
but at least this show explains why Jun jin has that horrible ajusshi haircut. makes him look like he’s in his mid 30s.
