Yesterday was raining, but that didn’t stop 45 thousand fans from seeing their favorite performers at the 5.5 hour SMTOWN LIVE 08 concert extravaganza. For a total of 39 performers including Boa, Super Junior, Dong-bang-shin-ki (DSBK), The Grace, SHINee and Girls Generation (SNSD).
Shouts out if you were the one of 45,000 screaming girls at the concert.
SMTOWN LIVE 08 will take their show on the road to Beijing, Shanghai and Bangkok, starting in September.

for a stadium that sits 70000 audience, 45000 is good for a show. it looked empty during the day cause the whole concert was organized with fanmeetings in between. by evening, that’s when SM Town concert began.

I love Super Junior but this whole “Super Junior Happy” is so..gay? Everything is rainbow and colorful, and their hair is..wtf? You guys are cute, but uh..tone it down a little. I swear DBSK got skinnier..They’re being worked too hard. As much as I hate LSM, I have to say that he has some great artists. I wish I went.

I was there! Haha… I’m visiting korea for auditions right now so I was able to persuade my mother to allow me to go to the concert. I got all wet from the rain though… I even got hit by one of the beachballs at the end! Shinee are soo good live and SNSD were all skinny but they aren’t very tall and DBSK were drool worthy… Anyways it was awesome although actually getting into the stadium was extremely difficult because not many people understood english and they thought I was there to see the marilyn manson concert so they kept telling me to go collect my tickets there instead of the SM town tickets collection stand. I am from Malaysia by the way. Half Chinese and half English.
SM Town just keeps growing. Good things about the concert? Boa being back, Super Junior’s entertaining antics (hate them or love them with their gay outfits, but these boys can make you LOL in a good way) and of course seeing the latest additions SNSD and Shinee to the family.
LOL Popseoul, you didn’t even mention JRI. It’s no wonder why LSM only let her sing two songs and is keeping her in China though with her disastrous debut and all. Thank god they had her debut with a duet with Junsu. That at least kept her somewhat alive. Her voice is unique I give her that, but she has no technique and control over it.
The Grace was good. Not a fan of Dana and Stephanie’s voices, but Lina and Sunday keep it going great. DBSK needs to stop stripping so much. They’re comeback is questionable to me. It’s a good thing they have a big, stable fanbase waiting for them cuhs as the days go by Big Bang and Shinee just keep getting better in my books. Seriously, one of the stylists must hate Yoochun. His hair is always the most jacked up. Poor guy.
