So we make fun of the guy sometimes-ok all the time. On POPSEOUL!, JYP has been referred to as a “dancing gorilla,” “the Brain” and most recently, “Oompa Loompa.” And all because he is. Ok, bad joke.
And so, JYP must have been racking his brains to come up with the perfect boy band. With the obvious string of no-hit wonders (except for the aptly named, “Wondergirls,” JYP may have a big hit on his hands with new boy band, 2PM. The 7-member group just released their new music video, “10 of out of 10,” the title track from their 1st single, “Hottest time of the day.” The music video is mildly entertaining (and that’s saying alot!) by weaving in intros of the boys, a hot 10/10 girl, and some JYP-style moves to add some extra flavor. Some of the dance moves are signature JYP. I can totally see the dancing gorilla teaching the boys how to bust a move.
And just in case your attention wanes at the end of the music video, a certain “wonder” makes a cameo appearance.

And sometimes I think American music videos go overboard with the sexiness.

The song didn’t really wow me or anything, but the MV is cute. (Especially Nichkhun!) I’m worried about how they’re going to do live, but looking forward to the rest of the album and their performance.
On a side note I don’t see why so many people think this MV is so ‘pervy’ and ‘like Porn’. This is how guys pretty much are. If you think that guys are just sweet and innocent, you got another thing coming.
