Ayumi of Sugar has blossomed into a gorgeous girl-reminiscent of Sung Yuri. After staring at the before and after picture for a while, the 24 year old seems to have the same features, but the hair has changed and the baby fat is gone… could that be all?

Well, Its confirmed that she had a surgery on her cheeks to make them smaller (they shave the bone down- ick!)

When I looked at her before picture, I seriously thought she got plastic surgery. However, after looking at it closely, it may just be a weight loss? It is hard to say since it is not like she got major plastic surgery or anything (at least it doesn’t seem so). I wonder how on earth I will look like if I drop ten pounds or something O__o

I like the before one at the top (not the one where she’s smiling). Looks pretty similar but the nose is skinnier. it could be photoshop/lighting/makeup, though.
Looks the same to me. Just lost the baby fat. My eyes tend to look smaller and bigger in different pictures as well.
Looks like she did the top eyelid eyeliner trick which usually helps make eye’s look bigger.
A LOT of weight loss + more eyelid surgery + rhinoplasty + trimming the jaw…wow…umm…plastic definitely is fantastic. The second picture with “after” doesn’t even look like her but I think it’s just because of her hair and expression and lighting…but the rest…umm yeah.

A nose bridge doesn’t grow magically like that, and the cartilage at the tip of one’s nose doesn’t disappear to make a tip like that either.
honestly the after pic if u look at it at first glance i couldnt really tell it was ayumi, like… it didnt look like any of those after pics that i saw before, but i guess after so many tries it finally came through

the first photo is real..just wrong date. I saw many photo of ahyoomee before surgery. she had squinty eyes with a bit of single eyelid. in japan, it is popular to get BIG EYE surgery and small nose. so she did to look more japanese so she could fit in. then, go to korea. and they want more korean look so they give Vline face. she looks beautiful now and look more korean. i like it.
i sometime wish to get my eyes done. but i dont want big like ahyoomee got cause yes times japanese people want look like anime. ahyoomee look weird until this day.
