Why does english is so hard in korea?. It’s very easy. You need to do is to read english books,so that your learnings will be more broaden and your pronunciation will be more good.

I enjoy his music even though I’m not fluent in Korean. I think Rain is cool^_^ I also think his english has improved a lot. Most Americans, who take it for granted just because it is their first language,

Who CARE about HIS ENGLISH, as much as he has a TALENT, he’ll BE SUCCESSFUL wherever HE GOES !!!

korean people, you should proud to have him as a k-Star & PLZ ENCOURAGE HIM, instead of making fun of him !!!

awww, he was so cute when he messed up his line though.

in all honesty, his accent is okay, he pretty much got that, just you know, subject verb agreement and stuff. )

english is my second language too. i learn on my early days, if you want to learn to communicate naturally in english, you have to use english even when you think. he is now on learning step to use his brain in english. since rain just return from berlin after working so many months with english speaker crews, it is natural to see him speak more english. perfect or not, that was good for him to insert english here and there. go rain … !!!

i personally think it’s ok to speak more engrish (unperfect english) rather than not trying. after a while i don’t even care whether my grammar is correct or not as long as i am able to communicate. if i only think on perfecting my grammar, i will never reach my goal.

i understand popseoul is just having fun with your comment, right?

give the guy a break. He is just starting to learn the language. It’s not as if he’s been speaking english from a tender age. When you read you begin with ABC, when you sing you begin with do re mi. Get the picture? you english speaking american !!! Why don’t you learn Korean and see if it is easy for you to enunciate.

after watching the interview ,,
i have this new pride that he’s one of the first koreans to make it big, like jackie chan/jet like .
at least to the big screen. Hopefully he makes it big
if not, it’ll affect Korea in more than one way.

When he’s a bit more relaxed, he doesnt sound like Steve Urkle, no worries.

As for his english, it’ll improve with time, it has to (;

i really do hope America can really see his charm, which is partly why Asia went crazy with him.

popseoul…. pls pls support rain and do write something good about him!!! What’s wrong with Rain using English?? Being an international fan… i don’t find his dialects that terrible…
