Can we stop wearing black please? This ain’t a funeral (or a wedding). And even though the economy is supposedly going to be “worse than the Asian financial crisis of 1997,” as announced by the President of Korea, this is not an excuse to slack on style-especially at a fashion show!
And we know that Diane von Furstenberg usually has very colorful collections so these stars should be clothed in some brights.
Kim Hye-soo (top left), Uhm Ji-won (bottom right), Lee Hye-young (top middle), Jung Hye-young (middle bottom), Suh In-young (left bottom), Baek Ji-yeon, and Suh Hyun-jin (announcer, bottom right) showed up at the Diane von Furstenberg’s 2008-9 Pre-Spring/Cruise collection.
The Diane von Furstenberg Cruise collection was held in a studio in Nonhyeondong on October 31st.
Kim Hye-soo shows off her legs in this long shirt (that doubles as a dress). If she wants to show off her assets, she should do so confidently instead of using her jinomous clutch to hide her front.
Lee Hye-young wears a Furstenberg classic- the wrap dress and very difficult to wear boots (since it hits in the middle of the moos). This woman is always stylish.
Jung Hye-young is mismatched - the yellow bag, dark burgundy shoes, green dress and floozy black top with vest. So much for being a “style icon.” What a joke .
Suh In-young has aged 30 years by wearing this outfit- even 50-something Jang Mi-hee would probably stay away from this atrocity and the thingy dangling from her neck. Fail.
Um Ji-won. This dress does nothing for her. Also, the hairstyle does nothing for her. Yawn.
Suh Hyun-jin wears a cute feminine oufit, but the red shoes has gotta go.
Baek Ji-yeon (announcer) looks super awkward- is it because the dress is so short and looks like it should be on a 20 year old? Or that her shoes make her feet seem like they are size 13?
Yang Mi-ra struts on the runway but seems uncomfortable…. could it because of the tan?
Kim Hye-soo tries to stay inconspicuous by wearing sunglasses…and fails.
