Kang Min-kyung (Da vici), Lee Hong-ki (FT Island) Jo Kwon (2AM), and Chan Sung(2PM) will be taking their university entrance exams this year. Exam day traditionally falls on the first coldest day of the Fall/Winter. Even if they don’t do too well, they can probably get into a school anyways. A second tier university would probably be happy to accept them.
Speaking of which, there are a few girl group members who will be entering university next term. JYP’s singer Joo, Girls Generation member Yoona and Wondergirls’ Sun Ye have been accepted to Dong-guk University. And Girls Generation’s Suyoung will be at Chung-Ang University.
Good luck to them. I bet they still could get in though.

the fact of the matter is, people do care and mind about these people thus they are in the careers they are in.
AND YES it matters that they are going to a university, especially for kids who see them as role models. Honestly how would you feel if one day your kid comes up to you and says i want to stop going to school after high school to pursue my dream of singing? would you really be okay with that?
