Apparently so.
Kim Rae-won, star of the SBS drama, “Gourmet” (식객) has just released a cooking book entitled, “Kim Rae-won prepares scrumptious meals ( a loose translation of ‘김래원이 차리는 진수성찬’). The actor reveals recipes that he learned while living alone and through the drama. However, Kim Rae-won’s management insists that the book is not just a Korean cook book but a glimpse into his lifestyle….Well that explains the foreign beer.

He said he always loved cooking even before the drama, and he even got taught how to cook for the drama.

I love KRW not only in Gourmet but in all his other dramas. He is a versatile actor, it is no wonder that he could cook among other things. But most of all I love his character in Gourmet. In my opinion, he brings out his most sensitive side: being a son, a young brother, a friend, an enemy, an ally, a lover, a mentor and he is a gourmet cook to boot. I wonder if he resembles his character here in real life. Is he by any chance taken? If not, a lucky girl awaits. Or who knows we might concoct something together. Lol.
