I say the rest of the girls shouldn’t pose next to SunMi (girl on the right), she’s damn skinny. Not that I dislike her, it’s because any healthy person standing next to a walking stick would give off an illusion of being overweight. I hope YooBin handles this better than I could. It’s hard for any person to be happy when their insecurities are put on as a public spectacle. Even being scrutinized over your weight in private is harsh. You can say that it comes with the territory of being a celebrity or that life isn’t fair but it still doesn’t give anyone any excuse to treat another person with total disregard for their feelings. It’s part of her job to look good. She’s an idol celebrity. Just like how an opera singer would be criticized if she doesn’t sing beautifully, models and celebs alike get criticized for not being near the ideal image.
I personally find it cruel. But it’s reality, folks. She’s in a business where the pay is grand, the glamour and fame are glitzy, but is tough as hell: and that tough as hell applies to your appearance too.
So, she really just has no other choice than to get over it. Pleading fans and antis to stop won’t do a thing other than aggravate them to talk about it even more. Either walk proudly and block out all the critics or lose weight and conform to the media standards.

I thought she was always so strikingly gorgeous in the Tell Me and So Hot videos, when she was thinner. But when she appeared in pics and stuff following them it always seemed like her cheeks got so much chubbier, which did take away from her beauty. I don’t think anybody could say the opposite without lying to themselves.

My wife weighs 49kgs, and is exactly the same height, and looks a bit thinner than Yoobin. Yoobin’s stats are obviously faked by at least 5 kgs. In any case, she looks healthy. Photos and TV make you look heavier than you actually are. Especially TV. By the way, my wife just had her yearly corporate physical, and she was listed as exactly in the center for a healthy weight for her height.
I rather her look healthy by American standers than looking how the average Korean star looks. She is not fat. Well since I’m in the south she is considered just thick.

EVERY guy I know thinks Yoobin is the hottest member, and so do I. It’s nice to see someone with a full face and doesn’t look like a good breeze can knock her down. I’ve always kinda looked up to her for that. By NO MEANS is she fat, but I had noticed that she looked big COMPARED to the other Wonder Girls (who are way too damn skinny).
