@bdean – I liked YEH because she was cute in goong, not because she had awesome acting skills. Plus, she had a nice personality in Xman. Her acting is mediocre and you can see that in both Goong and Coffee Prince. You think that Coffee Prince was some high class drama but it was only popular among “teenyboppers” as well. Its respected among the young but def. not by adults, so what is that showing about yourself?

And the reason why Yoon Eun Hye hasn’t appeared in any drama this year is because she has his baby? If so, how can you explain how slim and skinny she has been through the many Cfs and photoshoots she did this year?
For your information, it has been said by Yoon Eun Hye HERSELF that she wanted to take a break so that’s why she didn’t do a drama in 2008. I am personally a big fan of Yoon Eun Hye and have always admire her for her great personality. However, I have come to dislike Joo Ji Hoon after the news of Hong Gil Dong when he refused to do it because his salary wasn’t high as what Yoon Eun Hye got in Coffee Prince. Moreover, I still don’t understand why you Hyonnies think that they are so close? Speaking for myself, I’m not a shipper for neither Kim Jong Kook nor Gong Yoo, but seing from her actions, she always supported KJK and even had this radio reunion with GY. Yet, she didn’t even appear at Joo Ji Hoon’s fan meeting while his party said that she would be there and she didn’t even leave a message to congratulate him. That says a LOT about their relashionship…

And YEH’s acting didn’t suck actually. She won the Baeksang Award for Best Actress. That is THE most important acting award beating other awards ceremony because it is a competition between all station MBC, KBS, SBS and she’s the youngest to ever win it. (the judges who appreciated her acting were not teenyboppers)
YEH also won the Grime Best Actress Award she was chosen by the respected directors in the industry. Other respected actors/actresses who also won that award is Kim Sun Ah, Song Il Kook and Moon Geun Young.

Coffee Prince made it as a finalist at the Montecarlo Awards…do you even know what it means that Coffee Prince made it as a finalist at an international award, beating out hundreds of series around the globe?
