The pop act visited the offices at U.S. fashion/beauty magazine, “Seventeen” to talk about her album and style. The reporters compared her style as “Rihanna-like.” But that’s proably where the comparisons end.

Talons are at least 2 inches from your fingertips, curved down and takes at least one nail bottle to paint all ten fingers. BoA’s nails looks quite decent, I like. Idk if it’s a good thing being compared to Rihanna but Congrats!

I’m happy to see BoA getting more promos, good for her. And I love BoA’s nail art~ she changes her nails all the time. And yes, nail art is a huge trend in Japan, practically all the girls do their nails over there. I wish the nail salons here in the US do nail art too, but too bad, I haven’t found any where I live. I knew it was her, she always gets her nails done. They’re very nice. SM’s doing a good job getting her publicity although it’s sad that journalists are not doing their research beforehand and trying to introduce her properly to their readers instead of making a cheesy (and untrue) comparison to Rihanna. They’re nothing alike!
Heck I’d rather be compared to Rihanna than Britney. She’s been through some serious stuff lately. But they should’ve compared BoA to someone else or maybe even no one at all. She doesn’t remind me of anyone exactly.
Similar style to Rihanna? hm. idk about that one. But being in Seventeen is at least some publicity. I know a lot of people are like, oh , she’s NOT gonna make it and stuff (I personally neither know nor especially care if she ‘makes it’ in the US) but at least being in a magazine (even if it’s a pointless, filler article) can only be a good thing for her ‘career’ here.

Oh wow!!! I hate to say this, but I hope she doesn’t get fungal infection, because it’s so hard to treat nail infections caused by fungus. It takes at least a year for the infection to disappear plus the nail to grow. Word of advise to BoA: Just be careful with your nails; any sign of fungal infection, have it treated right away.
