And as already stated, just b/c a person is short doesn’t mean that they have short legs (in proportion to their body).
There are girls/women out there who are no more than 5′5″ or 5′6″ who are genetically blessed w/ longs legs (in proportion to their body).
There are also girls/women 5′9″+ who have very elongated trunks and legs which are shorter proportion-wise.
