More “evidence” that Song Seung-heon and co-star Lee Yeon-hee are very much an item, has appeared in a Korean sports/celebrity paper recently. The paper stated that during taping for the drama in Hong Kong, room assignments were the source of complaint among the cast of the hit drama “East of Eden.” Why? Because Song Seung-heon and his lady love, Lee Yeon-hee were assigned a suite room together while the rest of the cast were given regular hotel rooms. Since they were staying together, they should have a bigger room right?

Why I get an impression that this rumors being spread for the sake of EoE (to increase it’s rating), since there is a possibility that this drama will be abandon by it’s viewers after LDH left. Anyway I think LYH is to young to have a serious commitment. She is as same age with Moon Geun Young, but they have different path. MGY succeed in carreer (acting), LYH succeed in private life (if this rumors is turn out real). If they really dating and than married, LYH will follow Son Tae Young step, becoming MRS Hot Star, not The Star itself.

This explains it all. SSH recommended LYH for the role and MDC is willing to do anything for SSH since this is his comeback drama. Personally, I think LYH is okay. Her acting needs major improvement but she’s quite pretty and if they’re dating then good for them.
But if rumors are true in that SSH is pulling strings BTS of EOE, in order for his lady to have a better opportunity to shine and causing all these tensions between all the cast then shame on him. His response to LDH leaving was a clear indication that he did mention something to the PD.
It’s also obvious that the other cast members aren’t too fond of SSH and his diva ways either. That reading session when the old writer walked in after LDH’s departure resulted in a slew of comments by the cast about their own displeasement with how the show is progressing.
But then again, this is all just speculation. I will continue to watch EOE for the storyline between the three brothers and to also support PHJ and HJH.
