TO GRACE ‘N JD: please dont argue on that drama as i said its a drama not realistic so dont be that kinda stupid in arguing about the characters they just try their best to make the drama nicer..they aren’t suck because if they suck
do u think they would be chosen to play each role?!..just think before you tell something disgusting to hear by the fans..

I finished watching BOF, but I don’t think it’s the best drama in the world. I don’t think there is a thing as “best drama” because I think there’s nothing in the world that is completely perfect in every single aspect.

But I’ll say this: Grace, I do agree in some parts of your argument. I agree that sometimes the acting is awkward and not so great. But there’s no reason for you to bash them so harshly because of this by saying “They suck.” or “It’s over-hyped.” Besides, most of the cast are new into the acting world, especially Kim Joon and Kim Hyun Joong. You can’t expect someone to completely master something that takes alot of practice, time, and talent in such a short amount of time. Even people who had been in the acting business aren’t perfect in their acting skills, so how can you say that “They suck.”

I don’t understand why you said “I watch it and the episode is a Korean copy of the one of MG. They added some things.” I never watched MG, but I guessing it should be similar to the original manga. Why does it look similar? Because the story/plot is based on the manga.

And JD: You’re arguments are reliable since they’re actual facts/ratings. But I agree with you that the cast deserve the nominations and such. But i think sometimes when you write “HYPOCRITE” several times in caps, does make you look somewhat immature. I agree that Grace is a hypocrite, but just point it out once, no need to repeat it several times – and same goes for Grace.

The reason I liked the Korean version better than the Japanese one (I didn’t watch the Taiwanese one) is because the korean version really got in depth with all the different relationships. The acting wasn’t perfect, but I can see the effort they put into it and it comes out pretty good. I believe that the cast fit well with the characters, considering their appearances. I didn’t like how in the Japanese version, Tsukasa was short. I get the feeling that the character “Domyoji Tsukasa” should be taller but that’s my opinion.

To ShunO: You can’t compared american drama shows with asian dramas. Asians tend to be more conservative than amercians ( on tv and in real life). If they have asian shows with half-naked sex scenes and make out sessions, most people watching it (mostly asians) will get offended. Well, that’s my opinion of what would happen. I do like shows like Gossip Girl and 90210, but you can’t compare them.

You should do what JD said: GET FACTUAL EVIDENCE!

If you show up in this place again without that evidence, say the same things and continue arguing with us, you’ll look like a bigger loser.

I’m not teaming up with everybody because I know somethings you said was right but still, NOBODY IS PERFECT. Absolutely NOTHING IS PERFECT.

This is not the BESTEST SHOW EVAH, it can’t satisfy everybody’s taste, but saying things that aren’t supported by FACTUAL EVIDENCE and saying things that hurt other people, oh gosh, that’s not really good.

I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings, you should have said your opinions in a way that no one will be hurt and no one will act against you. You should have said it in a way when no one is offended.

I just think you criticize the show and the cast too much already. You even criticize the Baeksang Awards!

I’m one of those “lil Fangirls” who like this show and I think the show doesn’t deserve your harsh opinions.

I know you completely have the right to be a critic, but still… it has gone too far. I know we have our own opinions about things, but sometimes we need to respect other people’s opinions and views (which you don’t show a lot of times in this arguement).

I know many people thinks the actors’ acts are quite bad (me too, sometimes) and there are a lot of people who are in your side, just respect the opinions of other people.

I don’t completely agree with JD, but I think the things he posted here are FACTS, things that exists in REALITY.

Yes, you’re right about some things. Like, how Jun Pyo/Lee Min Ho looks like a typical Korean hero, and like how Jun Pyo’s sister’s gymnastics thing is not that neccessary and how KHJ don’t act really good in some scenes, but WAKE UP!

A lot of people love this show! A lot of people give time to watch this LAUGHABLE (it should be. kind of. it’s a ROMANTIC COMEDY, what do you expect!) show!

You know Grace, I’m one “lil stupid, pathetic, Fangirl” of these show. I have too much obsession towards it that I’m saying this to you, and I’m sorry.

I don’t wanna hurt you or your feelings but everything you said is hurting the fans. You don’t even have evidence to prove that your opinion is true, that “Boys over Flowers” sucks, that the cast sucks!

I hope you know how we feel, I hope you know the feeling that one of you’re favorite shows on TV is being criticize by a girl who thinks it’s a complete crap but still watch it!

Lastly Grace, GET A LIFE. You prove nothing in this arguement. Maybe you do prove something though, you proved nonsense and proved you’re somewhat a HYPOCRITE.
