   both mirrored KYLIE MINOGUE. music industry is in danger so it’s easier to produce something that people alredy like than something that people don’t know. ps: i love “popopopopopoker face” but can barely remember the melody of “saturday night”

   Lady GaGa, bizarre though she may be (as evidenced by those…glasses), at least has her own style and point of view, a good voice, and writes her own music (although I don’t think she produces it). While I certainly have nothing against Son Dambi, I think she’s pretty derivative stylistically, musically, and vocally.
   Her new single’s chorus reminds me of “Crazy”‘s and that shoulder dance move she does smacks of the beginning of the Wonder Girls’ “Tell Me” routine. I believe she’s capable of being more interesting (and maybe even kickass), but her management must have a tight chokehold on her music, as is the case with most artists (particularly female) in Korea.

     wow. i completely agree. you’re one of the few people ever to comment on this blog with a decent command of english grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
     anyhow, i think that lady gaga is very original and has a style all her own. a lot of korean artists–good though some of them may be–are very derivative of American pop acts & styles. great comment! ^_^;;

       don’t forget that Internet is a worldwide tool and that people are coming on this website from all over the world. And NOT everybody has a perfect english. I can speak 7 languages but only one is perfect, how many languages do you speak?? I don’t take your comment for me, but for some of my netizen friends who are scarred to post something because of reaction like yours.
