With their 8th album activities having come to an end, Brian and Hwan-hee are FINALLY parting ways after 10 years together.
The duo recently went on a short good-bye trip for the filming of the variety show, ‘SBS-Bestfriend Note’. The show producers must have cast them as a guests since rumors are swirling around that the two aren’t on good terms.
During an interview, their manager stated, “I would be lying if I were to say the two never got into a fight. After working together 7-8 years, they both knew very well what agitated each other and what lines not to cross ….”
Just because they’re a team doesn’t mean they should be stepping on each others toes, right?
During their trip, Brian hand-wrote a letter to Hwan-hee filled with things he didn’t get a chance to tell him during their time together. And since they were being filmed during the trip, Brian actually read aloud the letter he wrote. Must’ve been really touching because Hwan-hee who is known for his tough character, shed tears while listening to Brian. The two really shine as a team so it sucks to have them part ways.
The episode of ‘Fly to the skys’ farewell trip on ‘Bestfriend Note’ will air this coming May 8th.

aww…I got teary eyed. I still can’t believe that FTTS is over. Their vocals complimented each other so well! They were what got me into Kpop in the first place. Wish them both the best of luck and hopefully there’ll be speical performances of them later on.

FlyToTheSky are singers, mostly RnB and ballads. They been around since 1998 or 99 debuted under SM then later on went on to pFull.

Actually, Transition (which is also my favorite FTTS album
) was released under PFull Entertainment (as well as No Limitations, Recollection and Decennium).
Their last album with SM was their 5th, Gravity. I don’t think they’ve ever been associated with Good Entertainment.

I really wish they won’t split. They were one of the greatest groups that existed until today. I wish they didn’t leave SM Ent. FTTS was really close to BoA. Or at least Brian and BoA were close. I’ll miss them.
