Nothing much except shave down some of her rabbit teeth. Is it just us or does she look better with the watermelon-eaters?
And not only that, girl obviously got her eyes done ? which are no biggie since 90% of the female population in Korea seems to get double folds.

you can’t expect someone to look EXACTLY the same. i look different from when i was younger. make-up,aging,and weight changes. just because someone looks kinda different from before doesn’t mean they got PS. =_=
everyone looks a little goofy when they’re a little kid, whats the big deal? (i’m even on the partial side of thinking that that isnt really a picture of nicole) and saying that all or most koreans get work done is like saying all or most americans are fat. . .c’mon now ppl, dont believe the hype. . .my guess is, like someone else said, kids change alot when they’re growing up, i dont think Nicole had any more done (i mean the girl is only 17 for pete’s sake)and for the record, i think nicole looked her ABSOLUTE best, back when KARA first debuted, and she was always wearing her tomboy-ish clothes and always wore a hat, she looked so cool

If she did look like that before and she did do a plastic surgery, I think she did a right decision because she looks better now. And for all the ladies commenting here, how many of you wouldn’t want to look pretty? How many of you have actually done something to look better (I mean make-up, ear rings, clothes that you thought good look on you, exercising etc)? If she did do a surgery, she just wanted to look pretty, what about every woman wants.
I don’t think she’s had surgery. That because I just saw a CURRENT picture of her without makeup and she looks a lot like her child pic. Hideous. Small shapeless eyes and a big bloated face. Without makeup she looks like a man. Makeup is so deceptive.
If you’re talking about the recent makeupless picture of her, can’t you tell she just finished exercising? Do you look fantastic when you’ve just finished sweating for who knows how long? Plus combined with bad lighting, of course she doesn’t look amazing.
But more than that, I’m more shocked at your attitude. Now that’s what I call hideous!
You probably look 10 times worse without makeup. And even makeup wouldn’t be able to do anything about that horrible attitude/personality of yours.
Keep in mind that at the end of the day, she’s got more fans who thinks she’s beautiful than you will ever have in your lifetime.

well…we must give an applause to kara’s marketing strategies because the idea was so effective…congratulate alsa to the other company that come out with the same strategies..hence,at the end the company get millions of profit right…?all these are only about business wise…not try to work out to the increment of their music industry…think about it..
Shaving teeth enamel isn’t plastic surgery. Also it seems to be make-up. Jeez, can anyone just write what they think on this website? I don’t really know this website. Also for people who keep saying, “fans keep sticking up to them.” Well what would you have fans do? Sit idly while anti fans relentlessly attack people? Don’t answer those questions, they’re rhetorical.

ive known nicole since she was about 13. she still looks the same! shes always been really tiny and had a baby face!
