T-ara Ji-yeon is a creepy girl

While her group T-ara is facing a member shuffle, leader Ji-yeon has no problem staying busy. She is currently going around the music show circuit promoting “Woman’s Generation / Forever Love” with SeeYa and DaVichi, but the 16 year old isn’t just going to stop at singing badly, she’s dipping her toes into acting. Ji-yeon was originally cast in the sequel of the classic 1999 movie “Attack the Gas Station!” about a quartet robbing a gas station out of boredom and the complications that follow, but she has dropped out of that project for a bigger role in the new 10 episode horror drama “Soul” that is set to air in August on MBC. “Soul” tells the story of a girl, played by Ji-yeon, possessed by the vengeful ghost of a girl who was wrongfully murdered, as well as the complications surrounding her entrance exams. Alongside the busybody newcomer, experienced actor Lee Seo-jin plays a criminal psychoanalyst and Lee Jin appears to be playing the ghost. With all the activities Ji-yeon is doing, she really does not need T-ara to make it in the entertainment business. She might as well skip out on singing, and focus on what she is good at: showcasing her pretty face.

the movie posters are awesome! too bad she couldn’t keep the role in “attack on the gas station” sequel, too … that was a good movie.

i sense a repeat of namgyuri. this is what happened with seeya, namgyuri was more well known for her face, she had the acting job, she came out on shows more while the other members were pretty much ignored. Same with this girl.
