The rumor mill has been going into overdrive when Dong-bang-shin-ki canceled the “Summer SM Town” jacket photoshoot on June 25th. Also, the boys’ health has weakened after promoting their 4th album in Japan. Not only that, Junsu’s injury has fed the rumors that DBSK will no longer stay together.
However, SM Entertainment has squashed rumors by saying that it is groundless.
And it must be, since Dong-bang-shin-ki left for Thailand on June 26th for “THE 3rd ASIA TOUR CONCERT-MIROTIC” in Bangkok on June 27th and 28th. DBSK will move on to Tokyo, Japan on July 4th and 5th to perform at the Tokyo Dome.

I just saw it on KBS news. It’s true. Xiah, Micky and Hero have filed a lawsuit against SM for what they believe to be unfair contract terms. SM’s attorney stated in a televised interview with KBS that “The contracts were fair and reasonable. TVXQ receives a considerable portion of overseas and local revenue from record sales and appearances. SM has invested and continue to invest a lot of time, money, education and resources into TVXQ in guaranteeing their success. There will be no negotiations”.
Isn’t this kind of similar to the H.O.T. situation from the 1990s? We all know what that outcome was.
Kind of off topic but this TVXQ issue had me wondering if they are that unsatisfied with their contracts, how awful the terms must be for other overpopulated idol acts like nine member SNSD, seven member 2PM or worse 13 member Super Junior.
