Will this MV induce any caring from you?
With “I Don’t Care” climbing it’s way to the top with it’s smooth R&B pop sound, 2NE1 has just released the MV that all you 2NE1 fans have been waiting for. Within the MV, the four girls get scorned by their loser boyfriends, and they choose to get even by humiliating their former beaus with some frozen time hi-jinks.
Although I find it hard to believe 2NE1 would actually have boyfriends because YG Entertainment has give me the impression that they are an asexual entity, the MV is definitely well-crafted. They make good use of the moving person in a frozen background technique, and it’s fun to watch and quite entertaining. Even though sometimes I’m not sure what they are exactly doing to their ex-boyfriends because there are too many cuts, the amount of variety is still pleasing to the eye, even though it’s confusing for the brain.
It seems the real reason the girls got dumped was due to them standing out of the crowd too much with their “I don’t care to conform with conventional fashion” attitude. Sticking out like a sore thumb means no love, but at least you get to have fun with your equally crazy girlfriends.
There were way too many cuts for my liking. They should have elongated the scenes with the boyfriends because those were a good idea. I love the song though. Need to cut out those cuts.

The song flows really well until near the end with Minzy’s and CL’s part. I liked that they let Minzy sing more but that autotune wasn’t necessary plus whatever CL was doing at the end.
& I agree, too many cutouts.
Plus… I was hoping that they’d wear something else to match the feeling of this song. Their outfits was off to me. However that’s just my opinion.

2NE1 went to America to produce their new album. It’s not out of the question that they probably got similar producers off of Sean Kingston to make “I Don’t Care,” or that the American producers and Teddy just picked out some beats that sounded good and just went “I’m just going to take this to Korea now because they love American music.”
Sorry, but on behalf of PS, it’s not really that interesting that KPOP samples from American music anymore. I can understand your concern though. Thanks for the heads up either way. =^.^=

they filmed in many different places that they wanted to cram every little bits in there hence the dizzy-i-dont-get-this-at-all effect. the songs was a great catchy beat, but the MV should be reedited by someone else who has not experienced epilepsy. i swear, my eyes were twitching the whole time.

Minzy & CL are HOT. There is someting about them that makes them so attractive. Minzy & CL are very charismatic singers and performers that you just want to watch them.
Don’t get me wrong Bom and Dara are also attractive, but they’re pretty much like any other girl group. Nothing special just cookie cuter girls.
Sexiness/Coolness comes from within and is naturally projected outward. Just because a person looks good on the outside, doesn’t mean that have that special quality. Dara just seems so fake when she tries to be tough and cool, it’s just not her. It does not come across natual and real.
