Kim Dong-wan, literally tells Amy to shut her mouth already and stop telling stories about her relationship with Min-woo to the media!
As some of you may have already known, Amy and Shinwha’s Min-woo, used to be a pair but broke up not too long ago. Looks like Amy’s been running her mouth off and complaining about what kind of guy Min-woo was. In a recent media interview she stated,
I’m the type of person that likes to share everything and give everything I can, but he (Min-woo) wasn’t. Later on, he started to say things that weren’t true, seeing him make excuses so often made me decide to end our relationship.
Min-woo’s good friend and fellow Shinhwa member, Kim Dong-wan, who is currently serving his term in the army, just couldn’t stand Amy running her mouth anymore and left her a detailed message on his blog. In his blog entry titled, “Amy”, stating,
Even when watching (the way you act) from a far distance, your actions were always different and weird. Forgive Min-woo for not being able to understand the world you live in and try to understand him. Don’t go around telling others, even in a personal conversation, that all Min-woo has been doing is making excuses (in order to absolve himself from the situation). Like you would know (him) better than all of us that have been together (with Min-woo) for the past 12 years. And, to see that, the Min-woo we know, has been giving you excuses, I’m certain and can confide that he felt that much difficult to be around you. In the future, when you have interviews, leave out any topics that have to do with Min-woo. Talking about your estranged lover, publicly, even if the person isn’t a celebrity is not just unsensible and ignorant but sleazy/shoddy behavior.
Kim Dong-wan definitely knows how to put the attention starved girl back in place. Amy has really been going around telling multiple press sources way too much unreliable and unnecessary information about her relationship with Min-woo and making him look like a shady, conniving liar. Hopefully, Amy will recognize that every guy or girl for that matter, doesn’t have to grovel at her feet, just because her parent’s are in the top 1% of the filthy rich in Korea.

I can see why Amy would be err…upset, but tattling about your ex to the media for the whole nation to hear is immature and petty. Personally I think she should deal with it like a sensible adult and let the thing go. So it didn’t end very well with your boyfriend. Why do we care? How old is she? Doesn’t she have family & friends she can complain to? Vengeful much?

Think she lived in the U.S. for awhile, therefore, she is probably more frank about her feelings, not thinking that it makes her look bad, and especially, Minwoo.

We do have something in the water; it’s called Freedom. We can say what we want without major repercussions from authorities and the public-at-large, whereas in Korea, even random people on the street will look down on you if you say or do something considered disrespectful. There is freedom of speech, but it comes at a high price in Korea, whereas in USA we take it for granted, and get away with a lot. I don’t blame her for saying what she did, but I do blame her for not expecting a backlash. I mean, HELLO, he was a boyband member! His fans will tear you to shreds, just keep your trap shut!

When someone talks or say negative stuff about their ex, the person is talking about themselves. For a relationship to fail, both parties are to blame. She should look at herself before she point a finger at Min Woo.
Minwoo knew what he was dating when he was dating her. He was getting something out of this which is why he dated her. Dong is just as tacky as Amy for posting such a thing on a public blog for everyone to read. He could have called her up or sent her something to discuss this in private. He published this on a public blog because he wants just as much attention as Amy.

I do think that, although dongwan is sticking up for his friend, it was unnecessary for him to be public about it as well. He just stooped down to her level…well, maybe not HER level, but he still stooped down low, maybe one level higher.
Maybe M did go out with her for his own gain…or maybe they both liked each other. We’ll never know.
But I think it was very childish of her to do this in the first place. None of this would’ve happened if she didn’t go spreading rumors around to the public.

I totally support Dong Wan for backing up his close friend but like some of you said he could have done it in more sensible and private way….I don’t think that he’s seeking attention he just didn’t realize the caused of his action.
