Are you glad for their arrival?
From their teaser, I was pretty gosh darn excited for new duo R.Tripper. With the release of the full MV and their debut stage, I’m feeling somewhat MEH.
R.Tripper is fairly average in all areas: looks, choreography, fashion, presentation, and musical style. The main thing that really sets them apart from the typical idol pack is the fact that both members have equal talent in singing and rapping. Although W.dop is slightly better in both departments, I can’t deny that Joy also has the chops for the gig. They don’t outshine one another. Joy and W.dop are both perfectly capable of doing things by himself, but they complement each other well.
I don’t detect immediate success, but they have the talent for a promising future.

Here’s their live debut as well. This is kind of disappointing for a debut. For this particular Mnet M!Countdown, all the artists were required to lip sync because the show took place outdoors, which means that R.Tripper kind of missed out on making a really spectacular live vocal (if they are capable of it) debut. I look forward to a real live~
guys are fruity as hell but nice song. but why does it mean they have to lip sync if they’re outside? and what’s with the brunette guy’s haircut?? lol sorry to sound overly critical but im honesty curious to know if anyone considers that a good haircut, on him at least.

If they want to last in the fast moving K-pop world, they need to step up their game. They debuted at the right time, no major boybands, just girls. That’s a pretty fair fight.

I really like the song and I think W.dop could have the potential to be the better looking member if his hairstyle changed, or at least the color. He definitely has the better vocals as well.
The music video is OK, but why must they dance??
I’m also wondering why being outside means they have to lip sync. My band and I have done numerous outdoor performances and never once have I had to lip sync because of it.
who’s who? if w.dop is the guy with his hair down then i agree. He’s better in everything, rapping, looks and vocalist. If only he do something about his hair.
actually W.Dop is the tough guy one. I have to disagree with you cause i think W.Dop is better all around than Joy. With looks w. dop wins if they were to get a better image that is. Plus i think Joys voice would be annoying if he were to become a solo act while W.Dop could stand being solo for his voice is a lot more soothing. But i guess if all depends on what you like.
Average. Very average. I didn’t even watch the whole thing. They neeed something to make them stand out a bit more, but to be honest, they weren’t half bad (they just didn’t do it for me).
I find it hilarious that the dude with a bleach blonde faux hawk who’s wearing acid wash jeans is a “tough guy”.
That is NOT an ensemble for a tough guy? Bugger! Time for me to go back to the hairdresser and Dongdaemun and get myself some new threads.

I think they are awesome and I love their song.
I think both of them are equally talented and they have amazing voices. I love both of them but my fav is Joy(the guy who everyone thinks looks like heechul)I don’t know them that well so I hope I’m right about his name. XD I want to find out more about them and if all their songs are this good then I’m sure they will become even more famous in no time. 
When I see talent, I want them to become more successfull so that we, fans will become happy. 
And Joy’s hairstyle should be longer. 
But I still think they’re awesome and hot. 
The only thing that bothered me was their clothes.
They’re good looking guys but their pants looked too tight haha it must be so uncomfortable.
