Ok, what the hell happened to Rain?
Mr. Chocolate abs has melted into a chunky monkey. Our favorite ESL student showed off his new flabbier physique at the Boryeong Mud Festival on July 12th. It must have been all the double chicken breast pizzas.
If you don’t believe us, check out the pictures below. And being chubbier is no excuse to be crotch-grabbing and lip licking fiend.
Actually, it’s not that his chocolate abs have melted, but they have been frozen. hahaha. He looks a lot bigger because he worked out way too much and now his muscles are so big they make him look ugly. He turned into the Hulk. With the skinny jeans and the sleeves, it makes the muscle look like fat. I think Rain should stop working out for the rest of his life now to restrain from becoming REALLY scary looking.

Maybe he let himself go a bit, but I am pretty sure his abs are still there. This man looks like he has the tendency to let himself go when he is not on the road so much, not unlike most entertainers. Britney, anyone?

Unfortunately, this is a very common fate for many bodybuilders who have a brief let-go moment and don’t stick to their routine.
As they say, muscle degenerates into fat (although not literally).
Rain is just one of the many macho-men I’ve seen who turn into flubber-boos as they edge off their Spartan body building schedule.

I think if he’s bigger than usual (or at least bigger than he used to be), it’s because he’s not with JYP anymore. Now he runs his own schedule, which may not allow for as much fitness time. Instead of him having to work out himself, he can just run AJ into the ground instead!
Rain for what I can tell is not a skinny guy naturally. He has a much larger built then most Kpop male stars. Boy wants to eat let him eat.he could tighten it up a bit but he’ll always have a heavy frame.

I’m very impressed with Rain’s muscles. I’m pretty sure at this point he can bench 250lbs sets with ease.
But, he’s starting to get too bulky.
For some people, looking bulky doesn’t look so bad, can’t say the same for Rain though…
