For his upcoming album, U.S. hiphop artist, Akon has called upon BoA to work on a track for his upcoming Japanese album, “Freedom +2.” Good call by Akon since BoA is established in the music market in Japan.
Akon’s new album, “Freedom +2” will feature 13 tracks from his 2008 album, “Freedom” as well as a new remix of the track, “Beautiful” featuring BoA.
The unlikely pair met on April 4th at the Spring Groove 2009 concert. “Freedom+2” will be released on August 5th, 2009.
