In an interview with Korean online site, Star News, Sandara Park confessed that she hopes to be as cool as Korea’s Madonna, Uhm Jung-hwa.

Q: When did you want to be a singer? And what type of singer?
Sandara Park: When I was in 2nd grade, Seotaiji debuted. It was then that I thought that I had be on television too. That was the start of my dream. And Uhm Jung-hwa, I respect. She is pretty, sexy and cute all rolled into one package. I wanted to be like her where she is able to change her look for every performance.
Q to 2NE1: What is special about Sandara Park?
CL: Although she may look cute, she is really a deep person with a warm heart. Like a person who is on 24 hours, she is full of life.
Minji: She exudes happy energy. It’s fun hanging around her.
Bom: She takes the lead to make sure we are having fun. Always a happy friend. She’s the endorphin in our eam.
Sandara: I like to have fun and I make sure that everyone else is too. Now, when I joke around, now the other members get it and play along too.
If only Dr. Jose P. Rizal is alive, he will definitely make a move to get people like you out of the Philippines. Like what he said ‘ang taong di marunong lumingon sa pinanggalingan ay mas masahol pa sa malansang isda’. You just migrated in USA but you can NEVER change the FACT that you have FILIPINO BLOOD and you were BORN and RAISED in the Philippines no matter how many IDs you present to people stating you’re an American citizen. You’re fooling nobody else but yourself. It sucks to be you. I think Filipino citizens should file a motion for ‘persona non-ingrata’ for people like you so that you can never step in Philippine soil EVER! You’ll grow old in USA living in a retirement house for elders and will die right then and there. No one will visit your grave. Aw, how sad.

First of all, you had no idea what she has went through. Have you watched ABS-CBN shows and read anything about Dara? Second, if she didn’t make a wrong career move a couple of years ago, she have maintained her presence and popularity in the Philippines and not replaced by ms. skeletor Kim Chiu. Third, her popularity grows so fast in Korea, and Pinoys keep following her thru cyberspace, until she was found by pinoys and ended up being supporting to her—-whether Kapamilya or Kapuso fan…. and at the height of her career boom, she never forgot her Pinoy fans and keeps on returning the affection she gets from pinoy fans since SCQ days.
one more thing, you have no basis to call her “persona non grata” as well as filipinos migrating to countries. Sandara never did anything wrong. If she continues stayin’ here in the Philippines and still hoping to get a career here, she must be crazy.

Thats the reason why there are so many Koreans hanging around in the Philippines now. We should be thankful! we should also be proud of her because Filipinos are talented as well as her!! She is also bringing the name of the Philippines to come to life again!
