hi guys how have u been?
i was writing on twitter, as you know there is a limit so i couldn’t write down everything i wanted to say at once, and soon i realized that i had my own blog here to talk to you guys !!
i just got back from china, had a great time there! we felt warm and comfortable since this was the 4th time we’ve visited beijing , regardless of the fact that we’ve forgotten lots of chinese words & expressions.. T.T
but surpringly, we could remember pretty lots of words involved in food, like “Xi gua zhe(watermelon juice)” , “kao ya(duck, the most famous dish in beijing)” etc. we considered that it’s because of human’s instinct to survive… haha
BTW, have you decided what to wear for halloween?! it will be awesome if you guys upload halloween pik for me who is going to miss it crying and being depressed the entire day..
haha.. i’m fine.. i will be fine… T.T
i thought i had a lot to say today but as i get sleepy, (it’s 2am here) all i’m thinking is to get in bed now.. but i promise that i’ll write again very soon, about more intriguing stories..!

Just because she’s korean dosn’t mean its fake. I am korean and i speak english pretty well….
The fact that she’s Korean doesn’t mean anything, but I do think there’s someone to correct her posts; a lot of foreign artists do it, even if they’re fluent, as a sort of saftey net. I mean, come on, there are a lot of nuances in a language that only comes with being in the culture long enough.

umm, this might be fake.
they could have told someone who speaks/writes good english to write it for her. in her point of view.
no one, and i mean no one could be this good in a matter of months or a year.
They’ve had some English lessons before they came to the U.S. Also, they studied for 6 hours a day ( since they came to the U.S.) so I don’t see how it could be impossible. Her writing isn’t even perfect yet. =/
umm yeah ye eun can be good in matter of months or year, And why would she even get someone else to type it for her, shes already studied english for like ages.
Fake or not at least she understand and care for her reputation to not to use improper Grammar. My best friend have her sister corrected/typed almost all her words in her blog. just so the other people won’t make fun of her. eventually she learnt and improved. So I say Kudos Yenny. sharpen your skill don’t let people make fun of “our engrish”
Ehh… She is okay for a Foreigner. The only problem that bugged me the most was CAPITALIZATION. Gosh, I mean I’m sure countries teach that around, don’t they?
i mean…shes been in America for a while and taking hours of english classes…so i guess hard work has paid off~

Why is it so hard to believe that some non-english speakers can actually learn and eventually master the language? Anyway, fake or not, at least she cared enough to update her fans and actually made an effort to use english to reach out with her non-korean fans.
She ain’t mastering nothing looking at some of those broken, confusing sentences, lol! Most of it looks about right for a beginning esl student.

You know it must be exhausting to try and defend the WGs 24/7. You’re a fan, I know, but I’m also a fan of diff. artists, but I’m not even trying to counter all the people who don’t like the ones I do.

Well, I won’t doubt whether it’s fake or not. I can relate to her since eventhough I can express myself in English, I was not as spontaneous as what I am now verbally. I still have lapses, but thru working in a Call Center I’m gettin’ the hang of English expressions, idioms, different accents, and I’m gettin’ comfortable speaking with it—-alongside American behavior. And that is what Yenny went thru. Another thing, don’t forget that JYP mentor is also fluent in English, so probably these girls were tutored by JYP.
or they could watch Kathy Griffin and learn the Kathy Griffin english
I knew that for their Jonas Brothers Tour Opening Act in the States, they had English Lessons, intensive ones at that so I guess, this might be real…The very cute YeEun Engrish…

i think i have the answer why people keep on saying that this is fake.
*based on wikipedia.com, korea is the 4th country from the bottom whose people could speak english.
basically, it explains that koreans could “hardly” speak the universal language (just making my conclusion based on the site). so it’s really surprising for people to see
a korean who could speak english fluently. if they really could, i’m sure they have undergone a rigorous training or practice or whatevr u wanna call it.
I’ll just believe if she’s in an interview and speak in english language..with no umms. Writings just don’t prove it because we don’t know that sopmeone is just editting her english. But we don’t really know if she improved her english but if she speaks english long in a long interview with her then I’ll believe she improved her English. I think she improve but not that great on the post above.
