No Jae-bum, no album purchase.
On November 12th at 7pm, Jae-bum fans put up posters around the Seoul City Hall Station, stating they will not purchase 2PM’s album if Jae-bum isn’t back. Clearly, these hottests are stating that they are unhappy with 2PM returning to the music scene without their, now ex-leader, Jae-bum.
For those that can’t read Korean, the flyer states,
2PM, We won’t buy unless there’s 7 members.
We will take down these posters ourselves at 10pm, so please do not take them down.
What a way for Jae-bum fans to declare war against JYP, but will it help much?
i understand that fans love JaeBum, but to rip down posters, that’s just mad rude to all the other members!
They aren’t RIPPING or TEARING posters…they’re saying they’ll take down their OWN posters so the cleaning crew doesn’t have to.

Hottest should really put yourselves in jay’s shoes and leave him alone! He will come back but He just needs time to reflect and rest too! Not supporting 2pm with the current 6 members is not supporting Jay’s friends! We should all support their album more than before and maybe jay will be touched and return sooner! I think Jay would prefer to come back quietly- but now it will be impossible. Every stunt that these specific Hottests do is just bringing up the issue again: Jaebeom had offended people and now he’s not here. I think Jay just wants to put all this stuff behind him, but the Hottests aren’t letting him.

some of you are taking it a bit far with your attacks on the hottest in korea. seriously, im not for or against what they are doing but all this could have been avoided if an official press conference was held with jay or jyp there explaining everything. was it? no. instead it felt like they were trying to let things blow over and did it? no.
jyp basically left the fans in the dark for a long time about jays possible return so i can understand their frustration.
though im not a huge fan of gdragon, when his whole scandal broke out and a lot of people were calling him a plagiarizer, YG was there backing him from the start. that, i can respect.

I completely agree; as much as I love Jaebum, its his choice to come back. Hottest is perpetuating the issue and making the other boys in the group feel worse when its really not their fault. This is what happens when immature korean teenage girls come together, the mean girls scenario.
I love how they speak out for all of us fans. I actually bought the album though. Jay may be my favorite member, but I will accept this album. Jay will come back on his own free will. Korean fans really need to get a life.

It makes sense if minus that one singer, there’s a marked change in the song, meaning the songs in the album had noticeable changes because of their leader’s absence, then I will not buy the album. If they still can manage to fill the cd satisfactorily, I’ll support them and by it.
