Park Jin-young has been diligently working to promote his JYPE proteges these past two years, but now he’s back and ready to show you that he still got some swagger. His new album “Sad Freedom” released on December 1st, featuring a few melancholic numbers reflecting on his life. With “No Love No More” as his title song, JYP is looking to show you he just doesn’t whip his kids everyday to make them idol starlets. He is a lean, mean slick dancing machine.
Except for the dance choreography which is just slick and clean, everything in the MV is downright indulgent and extravagant. The shooting sequence in the beginning is very interesting, and seems like one of those creative visions he had before that he just wants to see happen. JYP, adorned with a little crystal tear, bathes and lounges among some swanky prostitutes.
If this doesn’t scream “man”, you must not be blinded by his pheromones enough.

It’s a shame. JYP can dance, his singing is decent, and he’s obviously successful. The sad thing is, he’s just not good looking. Dx I know that’s so shallow to say but in an industry where looks are SUPER IMPORTANT, JYP just doesn’t have it–he’s creepy to me.
I wonder sometimes why he just doesn’t go in for plastic surgery or something b/c his face is just…not something you want to see on stage. It’s not like he doesn’t have the money. =/

im guessing you are either pretty young kids or foreign-born. if you dont recognize the legendary entertainment icon that is jyp, you are obviously not familiar with the kpop scene of the mid-late 90s. even w/ his appearance, this guy was something HUGE back then, and at the height of his fame, his popularity would match or surpass today’s idol groups. he still commands a big fanbase (though mostly of ajummas lol) so no, he definitely wouldn’t be going bankrupt coming out with his own stuff. and if you think he lacks charisma and personality…well i just feel bad that you’ve never witnessed his live performances.
