Bada’s probably mad that her new title track, Mad, is accused of being plagiarized.

Apparently, some netizen has posted up on various portal sites that Bada’s new song, Mad, is a rip off of European artist Rozalla’s Everybodys Free. The netizen has pointed out that the part where Bada sing’s, “I’m so mad” just sounds too similar to Rozalla’s song where she sings “Everybodys free”.

Besides that 3 seconds, the rest doesn’t really sound similar in any way. Hmm, can climax and breathing technique be considered plagiarism too?

After all these years, it’s nice to see them together again.

On August 8th, Eugene made a special appearance during Bada’s comeback stage of “Mad“ on MBC Music Core. Although Shoo didn’t make it on stage with Eugene and Bada, Shoo did show up at Music Core to show some moral support backstage.

How sweet, good to see S.E.S. together. I definitely miss the good old days. They just don’t make girl groups like this anymore.

Was there any real reason to question it?

Bada has been causing up a storm with the netizens with her singing. She recently made her comeback with her new single “Mad“, and audiences were all amazed by Bada’s singing.

The audience and netizens suspected that Bada was lipsyncing the whole time, but later realized that she wasn’t. Can you expect anything less from Bada? She studied before her debut in S.E.S as a traditional singer, and then before her comeback, she participated in musicals, further honing her stage presence.

What finally convinced netizens of her live singing were videos of her live performances with the MR (Music Recorded) removed, and it is actually quite interesting to hear. She is a true performer. Not only is she singing it all completely live, she has to dance along with fast beats (although the choreography isn’t that complicated).

Good to know Bada can sing like a diva, and still swing it like her old days.

And that is just the tip of the iceberg.Today’s MBC Music Core had a slew of interesting stages today August 8, 2009. Here were some of the unconventional performances:

Girls Generation previously performed a ballad cover, but this time around, they performed a dance version of Super Junior’s latest mega-hit “Sorry, Sorry“, with the original choreography and all. Their dance moves were surprisingly quite impressive, although not as powerful.

Dreams do come true! Eugene joined Bada on stage for a special performance of “Mad“. What else is there to say about the gorgeous ladies? There’s been some recent buzz on the interweb speculating that Bada apparently lip-synced her comeback stage on KBS Music Bank because her vocals were too flawless for the amount of dancing she was doing. When you really look at it though, her choreography isn’t that aggressive that this classically trained vocalist needs to fake it.

Kara did their usual sexy thing with “Wanna“, but also performed a cover of Kim Jong-gook’s old hit “Lovely“. I find their innocent image much more suiting.

FT Island most noticeably did a trot cover of “Intro“ with bassist Jae-jin showing that he can do more than look cute in the background, and then proceeded to perform “I hope“. Hong-ki’s vocals never cease to amaze me. His new hair? Not so much.

Lastly, our Shinee boys finally said good-bye to their Juliettes. For those of you who have forgotten, they’ll be heading to Japan now for their debut promotions there.

She’s bringing a sultry new flavor, and seems like she’s targeting mainstream appeal. Does her new image win you over?

When you look at the making-of video, however, the actual MV for “Mad” is a completely DIFFERENT story.

Well, not quite but they tried!

The three “fairies” of the 90’s, have quietly been working on collecting a few songs for a yet to be released mini-album. Due to Shoo and Bada, however, currently working on their own solo albums, it seems as though the project will be difficult to pursue. In the past at public gatherings, the three ladies have consistently expressed their desire to work on another album together. So, it doesn’t seem like a comeback album is out of the question, but it looks as though it won’t happen anytime soon.

Shoo, having a busy schedule working on her new solo album, announced that she is unable to participate in working on the mini-album. Despite Shoo being out of the picture, Eugene and Bada have decided to record a duet for old time’s sake, this being the first time in 7 years since S.E.S’s split. The two planned on releasing a single album but with only one song, it is difficult for them to release an off-line album. So, in order to work out this situation, Bada has decided to include the track on her solo album, which will be released late July.  The track Bada and Eugene are currently recording is similar in style to the song”Friend” from S.E.S’s first album. The sad news is, they have no plans to promote the song on any music shows.

This would definitely bring back a lot of memories to K-pop fans that listened to groups like S.E.S, Fin.K.L, H.O.T and Sechs Kies back in the 90’s. Personally, being an old fan of S.E.S myself, it would be great to see the three get together and release a new album. Bada’s new solo album is set for release sometime in late July.

Sure Bada looks like a blushing bride in this photoshoot that she posted up on her cyworld. But dang, what’s up with her big hobbit feet?

Bada has relapsed into her old bag lady ways with her shaggy hair and her trash lining of a dress. There was a time not too long ago when the ex-SES singer looked like she was on the road to recovery. But, unfortunately, being afflicted with bad taste in fashion is like herpes-you can’t get rid of it.

The ex-SES singer attended Vogue Korea’s 12th Anniversary party for “Fashion Pet” at Gallery One on July 21^st, 2008.

When Bada was looking like a low-class ajumma, no one was saying anything. But now that she’s looking good (finally), her rumored “scandalous” past has come to light.

On a recent episode of MBC Every1 Showcase, the relationship between the pop star and the sexy Won Bin was addressed. The musical star expressed her discomfort and denied that her and Won Bin were ever an item.

And in response to her rumored relationship with comedian Noh Hong-chul, Bada replied that they are good friends.

Bada, Choi Yeojin, Ha Jiwon Kong Hyojin, Choi Kanghee and party planner, Ji Miggy attended the show but all should have taken a cue from the runway for some fashion inspiration.

Bada. Finally, this is twice in a row where she looks decent. Feeling the pale pink lips and subtle makeup. If we had to nitpik, the baggy dress is a no.

Choi Yeo-jin looks like a bag lady with this hodge podge of colors and textures. But if you break down the outfit, there are some redeemables – leather jacket-yes. Snakeskin clutch- yes. Fur collar- no. chiffon top and blue skirt-no. Black stockings and platform patent leather shows-ok. But all together? hideous. If you are at a fashion show, you should look fashionable.

Ha Ji-won has the same problems as Choi Yeo-jin above – she needs to take off that ugly paisley print top/dress. But love love the snakeskin clutch and the leather jacket is sweet too.

Ji Miggy, party planner extraordinaire and budding designer, is usually well dressed but not feeling this outfit. Again, if you break the outfit down and just stick with 1 or 2 items, then the look would be more pulled together. Black rabbt vest and leopard print top might work if the boots were black instead of brown. The boots also clash with the black clutch bag (btw, which is cute and looks like the one at Wet Seal that was on sale).

Kong Hyo-jin is known for her quirky sense of fashion that borders on disaster and this tme is no different. She s wearng what looks like a dead sheepdog as a bag. The bag ruins the outfit. Also her jeans are too short? perhaps she is trying to let people know that her legs are really long that she can find a pair of pants that are the right length? Also, woman needs to slap on some makeup. She is missing eyebrows.

Choi Kang-hee. Although I don’t like bags as dresses, in this case, Ms. Choi takes the cake as the best dress among the bunch. Fortunately for her, there was no competition.
