Bae Sul Ki (ex The Reds member) received 30.9% of votes, while Lee Hyori received only 18.4% of popularity votes conducted by gonews. A closer look at the votes revealed that Bae Sul Ki had more teen fans while Lee Hyori’s fan base comprised of older male fans mostly in their mid 30s and 40s. Since teen are more internet savvy, their participation rate is higher, hence greater number of votes for Bae Sul Ki. But don’t get discouraged Lee Hyori fans. The poll is still open and you can vote to bring your favorite celeb to #1.
While we are at it, Rain fans, Son Ho Young (ex g.o.d member) is beating Rain by a huge margin (20% to be exact). The poll will close on the 20th and you must register to cast your votes.
