Bae Yong-joon is currently recovering from shoulder surgery in a hospital south of the Han River (POPSEOUL! guesses Samsung Medical Center). The ajummafied actor has been suffering from multiple injuries including a pulled shoulder ligament and gimpy knee while shooting the historical drama, “The Legend” last year.
We wonder what happened to his hand?

Bae Yong-joon is the new face for GPS navigation system & PMP (personal media player) manufacturer, Viliv. The TV ad, starring the ajumafied actor will be filmed somewhere overseas.
Now that’s unlimited excitement.

Bae Yong Joon didn’t fully recover from his Legend injuries, which ended last December with high acclaims. His mangement confirmed that the gloved one still visits the doctor to receive treatment. Bae Yong Joon suffered from four injuries while shooting The Legend and many are worried because he’s no longer a spring chicken.
Despite my distaste for his ajummafied looks, I hope that he gets better soon.
Bae Yong Joon will be the voice behind the anime version of the Winter Sonata. More details will follow after the press conference on March 28th.
