Another girl-band is debuting this summer and luckily, they seem more promising than SM’s Times or Era of Girls. Black Pearl is produced by Mnet Media, producer of SG Wanna Be & Seeya and supposedly these girls are superb R&B singers. Well, I guess we’ll have to see them perform to make any kind of conclusions, but it’ll be awesome if they can become 2nd generation Big Mama or at least follow in their footsteps. Oh, how I miss those unnies! Too bad that I’m not in Korea to attend their concerts. Anyhow, it’ll be interesting to see how the battle of girl-bands, big groups and R&B unfold this summer.
