While her group T-ara is facing a member shuffle, leader Ji-yeon has no problem staying busy. She is currently going around the music show circuit promoting “Woman’s Generation / Forever Love” with SeeYa and DaVichi, but the 16 year old isn’t just going to stop at singing badly, she’s dipping her toes into acting. Ji-yeon was originally cast in the sequel of the classic 1999 movie “Attack the Gas Station!” about a quartet robbing a gas station out of boredom and the complications that follow, but she has dropped out of that project for a bigger role in the new 10 episode horror drama “Soul” that is set to air in August on MBC. “Soul” tells the story of a girl, played by Ji-yeon, possessed by the vengeful ghost of a girl who was wrongfully murdered, as well as the complications surrounding her entrance exams. Alongside the busybody newcomer, experienced actor Lee Seo-jin plays a criminal psychoanalyst and Lee Jin appears to be playing the ghost. With all the activities Ji-yeon is doing, she really does not need T-ara to make it in the entertainment business. She might as well skip out on singing, and focus on what she is good at: showcasing her pretty face.

Other than Lee Seo Jin’s unfitting frames and his “artistic” hairstyle, these two Lovers look adorable enjoying each other on the streets of Shinsadong, Seoul. Although Lee Seo Jin is crazy busy with his hit drama, Yi San and Kim Jung Eun with her upcoming movie, these two still make time for each other, making singletons like me very jealous during this cold winter. Why did you take on a historical drama Yisan? Was it because it was produced by Lee Byung Hoon, producer of international hits Dae Jang Geum (대장금) and Huh-Joon (허준)? Or was it because young and gorgeous Han Ji-Min was your love interest? Whatever your reason was, I’m not too happy with it because I had to invest in a Korean-Korean dictionary to understand what you are going to say for 50 episodes. Yisan better be good or you owe me $24.99.

Yawn. The stars at the Christian Dior fashion show wore boring neutrals, in contrast to the bright and pretty colors of the runway. Generally, the stars seem to favor black, creams or whites. I wonder why? It it because they can wear the clothes repeatedly and no one can tell they are wearing the same outfit twice (think Madonna when she works out and clings to the same ugly black workout wear). Or do they want to look slimmer – which is the effect that black usually has. Hmmm.

Lee Seo-jin. Black with a hint of silver- clean but blah.

Lee Hae-young. Looking elegant and fabulous in her gray dress and strappy heels.

Kang Sung-yeon is a throwback to the elegance of the 40’s with the pin-curls and plain black dress. Elegant and fresh.

Ivy. The dress is conservative in the front but has an interesting back. She wears it with confidence.

Han Chae-young. I had to look hard at pic #1 to decipher whether the white strip between her legs was space or part of a dress. The woman has no thighs.

Kong Hyo-jin Always a fashion slave, Ms Gong also follows the runway look of the cat-eyes. The eyes are fresh but the dress is another story.

Choi Kang-hee. Another neutral dress that looks ill-fitting.

Lovers couple Lee Seo Jin and Kim Jung Eun are happily in love and they are not shy to show it. Did you notice the couple cell-phones? Good for them, but what everybody’s dying to find out is their wedding date. There were reports that these two will wed on November 18th, but that can’t be trusted because Lee did not deny or confirm the report. Instead, he avoided the question completely and replied “I hope that all goes well.”

Finally, Kim Jung Eun indirectly acknowledged her relationship with Lee Seo Jin on her daum fansite. Although it was an open secret that these two were an item, Kim Jung Eun’s post made the relationship official. Congrats to the new(?) couple!

It’s no secret that Lee Seo Jin and Kim Jung Eun are together, but these two are going out of their way to prove otherwise. After spending some quality time in Japan together, the new couple rode on different planes on their flight back, only to re-unite at the airport in Kim Jung Eun’s car. If they wanted to avoid the coverage, they should’ve taken different cars home because there are more reporters and people at the airport than on the plane. Duh!! This just proves that these two are inseparable – they just had to see each other after their long long flight from Narita to Kimpo.

By the way, the two parties are denying the reports by arguing that they just carpooled together because Lee Seo Jin’s manager was too busy to pick him up at the airport. Well, if you are going to lie, at least make it believable or creative enough to entertain us.

Leo Seo Jin and Kim Jung Eun, two lead stars from drama The Lovers might become lovers in real life. They were seen together at a wine bar on March 13th – the night before White day and Lee Seo Jin was a surprise guest at Kim Jung Eun’s birthday party/fan club meeting. And to make the matters easier for the two love birds, Kim Jung Eun’s aunt and Lee Seo Jin’s mom are best friends, and according to family friends, the Lee & Kim family have been discussing plans for marriage for quite some time. Nothing is official yet, but it looks like these two are off the market as well.
