Is Kim Bum hot enough to play the younger version of Song Seung Heon in the upcoming MBC drama East of Eden? Kim Bum’s new role is definitely an upgrade from his High Kick days, but we are not sure if he’s hot enough for the role. The drama will be broadcasted in June 2008 with Jo Min Ki, Yoo Dong Gun and Lee Mi Seok.

Lee Junki’s new drama, Illjimae was bumped from premiering in April to the end of 2008 because SBS has decided to show I Love You with Ahn Jae Wook and Gourmet with Kim Rae Won. Ouch! Iljimae’s filming group will complete 100% of their scenes before its broadcast like the drama I Love You.

Hong Gil Dong, Kang Ji Hwan’s new fusion period drama, has been voted most popular by netizens despite its low ratings. Sung Yuri wasn’t able to outdo Yun Eun Hye’s Coffee Prince because she didn’t have the annoying voice and the flat chest to go along with her manly character, but the young netizens are still fascinated by the interesting plot lines.

To overcome the low and depressing ratings, the crew of Single Papa in Love presented Heo Yi Jae with a surprised birthday cake and gifts on February 19th. The emaciated actress forgot that it was her birthday, making her 20th surprise birthday party at the bus station even more touching. Aww.

Lee Jun ki stars in new SBS drama: Il Ji Mae

Plastic lover, Park Shi Yeon’s 2000 Miss Korea pictures are resurfacing and what a transformation from 2000! Then again, she looks different every other month because her nose has a life of its own, just like our Neverland friend MJ.

Yoon Kaesang shares his past romances in an effort to promote his movie, Six Years in Love, but nobody seems to care without any juicy details. Nice try Yoon.

Oh Ji Ho will play a warm, loving, hard-working, corn-worthy, single father in his new drama Single Dad in Love. This Monday-Tuesday drama will go into production when Oh Ji Ho returns from his Japan promotion activities for Get Karl, Oh Soo Jung on the 22nd. This role seems to better serve the hunky actor in winning back audiences after his unfortunate turn of events, than the role of soft fatty turned hot, love scorn, recluse, wealthy golf pro, Go Man Soo aka Karl.

Bae Seul Ki will hold her second mobile fan meeting on the 27th. The gangsta wannabe thinks that she can get closer to her fans by holding a fan meeting over cell phones. Exactly. Some things never change and Bae Seul Ki as clueless as the day when she decided that she can become the next “hip hop artist.”

Wondergirls are planning to spread the “Tell Me” virus in China. The five wonders are leaving on the 19^th to attend a charity concert “Wings of Happiness.”

Can you recognize the owner of these stumpy fingers? This pretty actress started her career as a supermodel. She also starred in the drama, Fantastic Couple with Oh Ji-Ho.

These stumpy fingers are Han Ye Seul’s. Although she has a great figure and a gorgeous face, her unproportionally stumpy fingers are definitely a turnoff.

Han Ye Seul is busy these days promoting her latest movie Flawless Miss Shin (용의주도 미스신), a romantic comedy about a high powered career woman searching for the perfect man. Her love interests include Sohn Ho Young, Lee Jong Hyuk, Kwon Oh Joong and Kim In Kwon.

Flawless Miss Shin will hit the theaters on December 19, 2007.

Um, we missed something. Didn’t Oh Ji-ho just make a comeback this year? And so far the only thing he’s been featured in is a SBS special where he wore a fat costume. I don’t think that qualifies as best dressed.

And although Han Hyo-joo won Best Actress at the 2007 Singapore International Film Festival for the role in the movie Ad Lib Night (아주 특별한 손님). I don’t remember her dressing particularly well. In fact, I don’t remember her at all.

This is just messed up.

Although, it is slim pickings for Best Dressed, these two actors would definitely not be our pick.

Han Hyo-joo and Oh Ji-ho won 2007 Korea’s Best Dressed Awards for “talents”. And Park Shin-yang and Park Jin-hee won Best Dressed among movie stars.

Who is this sexy mama adjusting her top? Why it’s Coffee Prince star, Yun Eun-hye who looks infinitely better than the ugly brown dress she wore on opening night.

The 12th Pusan International Film Festival runs until October 12th, 2007.

Yun Eun Hye. Looks like the mushroom bottoms are in – I don’t know why because the look is very unflattering. It seems that the dress was originally longer but to shorten it without cutting, the stylists pinned it to create this effect. Yuck. But Ms Yun looks better.

Choi Kanghee. I wouldn’t wear this.

Ha Jung Woo & Kong Hyojin. Or this.

Daniel Henney & Kim Ajoong. Daniel is all hot and fine but the man needs to learn how to speak Korean. He getting his paycheck from this country and yet speaks in English every time there is an interview. Yes, he’s hot, but not speaking the language is not. On the other hand, Ms. Kim looks like her face will soon start falling apart after a few years… too many fillers and plastic. Also the dress is a reject from a prom.

Lee Taesung (Times of Dogs & Wolves). Shortened suits must be in but classics are best- especially for suits.

Hur E-jae looks pale and boney. Better to have the hair down so she can look more like a Korean ghost.

Hyun Young. Dang…a pantsuit that is trying to be everything- shirt, blouse, sexy, flowy at the same time but it’s not working. Miss. And the color combo is yuck.

Kang Songyeon. I remember seeing Beyonce in this dress many moons ago

Jung Kyung Ho wants to be sexy with open shirt. Does he succeed? Not with that gay wave.

Kim Hye Sung. What the hell is that shawl with tassels? Can guys wear that? He looks better without the glasses but the suit jacket looks cheap.

Kim Ju-Hyuk & Kim Jisu almost look fabulous until you see Mr. Kim’s short cuffed suit pants with the n0-sock and dress shoe combo. Ugh. That is just damn nasty. Ms. Kim is a step better with the red accessories to brighten up the ill-fitting mop like dress.

Kim Tae-Hee & Do Ji Won. Ms. Kim seems to prefer simple and elegant styles, but with this outfit, it could work except for the clash of the bronze clutch, gold sequined skirt and wine colored top. She should have worn the dinner jacket and the gold shirt with sexy heels and nothing else – or taken a cue from Ms. Do who looks pulled together in this simple black outfit.

Lee Dong-gun looks better with the glasses. That way, other girls won’t find him so attractive….

Couples galore at the 12th Pusan International Film Festival last night! Nice to see the stars paired up -even though they may not be couples in real life – or maybe they are and we just don’t know it.

Kim Tae Hee & Lee Kyu Han look like they are frozen in time from the wild wild west. Ms. Kim in a long black textured gown that reminds me of drapes. Mr. Lee looks buttoned up in his gray suit and strange bow-tie. I wonder how long it took to button up that vest. The vest is overkill.

Um Ji-won & Jun Tae-su. Ms Um is trying to bring back the old Hollywood glam with the pin curl hair and dark red lipstick in a white jersey(?) gown. The back of the dress plunges to the borderline of her butt. Glamorous? You decide.

Kim Hye-sung & Kim Hae-na. Mr. Kim looks like a 12 year old child in his bowl cut beside Ms. Kim! And Ms. Kim, this isn’t an 80’s prom- no fluffy black dresses allowed. Like the cute polka-dotted tie on Mr. Kim.

Kim Ok-bin & Lee Tae-sung. Somehow Ms Kim’s dress works – the porcupine silvery needles with the equally pointy black and silver shoes. A lot of thought must have gone into that outfit. Mr Lee in a 3 piece black suit with KFC tie and bowl cut…hmmm.

Park Shi-yeon & Joo Jin-mo are a gorgeous couple but Ms Park’s dress is disappointingly blah in black. Not that black is not fabulous and slimming, but I expected more from her. As for Mr Joo, the man is deliciously hot but black on black with man cleavage? Not so hot.

Ha Jung-wo & Yoon Jin-suh are a gay couple. No just kidding. But what’s wrong with a girl wanting to look like a girl? No need to try to get the boy look down, Yoon Eun-hye has already gotten that covered.

Oh Ji-ho & Park Sol-mi looked like they just got married with Ms. Park in a white beaded gown and Mr. Oh in a standard black suit with black tie. I thought black ties were only reserved for funerals…

Kim Kwang-woo & Lee Hana. Ms Lee is channeling Carrie Bradshaw of Sex and the City fame with the big black flower bag. A touch of color is a good idea, but not when its red shoes with black stockings. Somehow it doesn’t work. As for Mr. Kim, he needs to hem his pants.

Kim Ju-hyuk & Kim Jisu.Mr Kim looks fabulous in the penguin suit – it fits him well. And Ms Kim looks very comfortable in this lovely muted number. You don’t have to worry about your butt or boobs hanging out in this dress.

Jang Junhwan & Moon Sori. Standard issue- black suit and tie with black dress. Yawn.

Lee Jung-jin & Lee Soyeon are a gorgeous couple! Love the sexy n short sparkling silver dress with the slicked back hair! And as for Mr. Lee, he pulls off the difficult white and black suit with sequin tie just because the man is hot (including the slicked hair). Fabulous!

The stars were casual and relaxed in jeans at the Diesel Fall 07/08 fashion show held at COEX on the 10th.

Yoon Ji-hye looks fabulous this flaired jean dress paired with long boots and a thick belt. Even though the girl is stylish, she doesn’t look very happy to be there. Maybe she didn’t like the outfit.

Yoon In-young wears a cropped white vest with a shiny black top underneath- not the best pulled-together look. I would wear the white vest with a nice dress, a casual t-shirt or even nothing underneath.

Gong Hyun-ju is simple and plain in this long black top and jeans.

Choi Yeon-jin pulls off this jean pantsuit with style – love the red heels and jean combo – very fresh and sexy.

Park Shi-yeon is plain jane boring in this layered look of 2 tops – something a bit too casual for a fashion show.

Oh Ji-ho. The dark t-shirt and white vest combo is not a look that I like….

Looks like fall is here for Kim Min-joon. I guess the 35 degree weather does not apply when the air conditioner is on full blast.

You can’t judge a book by its cover. Underneath the layers of artificial fat lies a hottie. Any guesses? This handsome actor recently made a “comeback” after stepping out of the limelight due to the tragic death of his girlfriend. He will be starring in an SBS television special (칼잡이 오수정).

If you guessed the handsome, Oh Jiho, you are right! Congratulations, give yourself a pat on the bum, er back.

Puffy-eyed but sexy actor, Oh Ji-ho (31) is back in the limelight after the media hung him out to dry when his ex-girlfriend committed suicide early this year. In a recent T.V. interview, he broke down in tears as he recalled his short time off as the most difficult period of his life, adding that he never realized that love was so difficult. He will make a comeback acting in a music video. No word on a drama role, though.

He attributes the strong support of his fans to his early comeback. But, seeing the tears roll down his face in the interview, Mr. Oh doesn’t seem to be ready to move on… not just yet.
