G-Dragon posted some TOP SECRET photos on his Me2day (Korea’s version of twitter), with the comment, “I’m a spy. I’ll continue to be stealthy!” (G-Dragon’s me2day: http://me2day.net/g-dragon)

The candid photos are from preparing for his concert “Shine A Light,” where comeback pop act, SE7EN will also perform. The concert will be held on December 5 and 6, 2009 at Seoul’s Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium. The first round of tickets for this concert sold out in 10 minutes- pretty normal for Big Bang concerts.

This is G-Dragon’s first solo concert, so good to see that he’s hard at work preparing and goofing around with Jeju-do oranges. G-Dragon, eat those oranges, and stay healthy!

The photos include the dance stage set-up and the concert song list. The song list starts with “A Boy (소년이여),” “Heartbreaker,” “Breathe,” and “Butterfly.” I wonder where SE7EN fits into all of this.

You would think that an assassin would stay away from bright “idol” colors.

Netizens are going gaga over T.O.P’s  acting skills as a “charismatic” killer on the KBS 2TV drama, IRIS. However, the neon brights and upturned color of his outfit left many fans wondering whether he forget to take off his stage costume for Big Bang.

The episode with T.O.P. confronting Lee Byung-hun aired on November 4th.

…for the Iris drama OST, to support their fellow member TOP.

The boys of Big Bang have come together and actively participated in the OST for the hit drama Iris, to support TOP’s first step as an actor. “Hallelujah“, having been co-produced by G-Dragon and Teddy, has an addictive melody, with the usual enticing harmony of Tae-yang’s alluring vocals, G-Dragon’s rap and TOP’s irresistable, deep voice.  The song is simply addictive.

Big Bang was given a nod of acknowledgement by Time Magazine.

The weekly news magazine gave the boys a short write-up introducing them as one of the most promising groups in Korea. Do you agree? It must have been a slow news day.

Seungri of idol group, Big Bang will be going off to college in the new Spring 2010.

The maknae will enter the Performing Arts and Film Department at Chung-ang University along with Yuri from Girls Generation (SNSD).

Supposedly, the future classmates passed the college entrance exams at 23:1 odds.

Seungri had quit highschool after debuting in Big Bang in 2006. However, the maknae managed to get his highschool diploma this past May.

G-Dragon’s highly anticipated solo concert, “Shine a light”  was sold out in 10 minutes. Fans grappled over the chance to see the blond Big Bang member prance on stage. In addition, the concert will feature a look at Queen Jiyoung’s 10 year journey from a YG trainee to Big Bang member.

If you missed the chance to score tickets, the second round of reservation will open up on October 30 at the internet shopping mall, 11th street (in Korean).

G-dragon’s “Shine a light” concert will be held at Seoul’s Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium on December 5-6, 2009.

T.O.P. of Big Bang showed off his Engrish skills for a few seconds on the 2^nd episode of the new action drama, IRIS. Although the part was small, netizens (more like fans) are crazy over his “charismatic” acting. It must be the weapon.

T.O.P (real name: Choi Seung-hyun) stars as a killer in the KBS drama, “IRIS” with Lee Byung-hun and Kim Tae-hee.

The boys will be flying out soon…VERY soon.

Word is that Big Bang has recorded the title song Let Me Hear Your Voice (Koe Wo Kikasete), for the upcoming Japanese TBS drama, Ohitorisama, that is schedule to air October 16th. Some of you guys may remember, but Big Bang didn’t get a chance to promote their last single, Gara Gara Go! in Japan due to Dae-sung getting injured.

So, in addition to the OST contribution, the boys will be releasing “Let Me Hear Your Voice” as their upcoming Japanese single, this coming November 4th. And it looks like all five members will be returning to the arms of VIP’s in Japan, towards the end of October, in order to promote their upcoming single.

Here’s a short low quality preview of the track for all you Big Bang fans out there.

The biggest concert of the year, the 2009 Dream Concert packed in idol fans into the World Cup Stadium on October 10th. The 3.5 hour concert featured 17 of your favorite pop acts: Girls Generation, KARA, Jewelry, f(x), 2NE1, 4Minute, Tiara & Supernova, Super Junior, Big Bang, 2PM, 2AM, MC Mong, Park Hyo-shin, Kim Tae-woo, Chae-yeon, SHINee and Wheesung.

And since the weather is turning cooler, the pop acts have followed suit by turning to black fashions to blend into the equally darkened stage. With all the black, how are we supposed to  tell who is who?

Insanely popular rookie group 2NE1 will be making their first appearance on a non-music-related show with the new SBS show Strong Heart, a simple yet entertaining talk show where guests share stories and pick bones. Big Bang’s maknae Seungri appeared on the show debut last week with G-Dragon (who revealed one of Seungri’s embarrassing drunken escapades) and this week KARA’s Nicole and Goo Hara are to join 2NE1 among many other guests.

Interestingly enough, Goo Hara revealed during the show’s taping that she’s been “looking after 2NE1’s Minzy since she was young” and that “Big Bang’s Seungri is like family as well.” What? The three are “like family?!” Way before they debuted, the three youngsters attended the same dance school in their hometown, Gwangjoo. Gwangjoo is also the hometown of Dong Bang Skin Gi’s Yunho and Wondergirl Yubin.

Isn’t that interesting? Who knew that such vastly different artists were “like family?” And, if you think about it they’re all kinda sorta their group’s resident dancer. Minus Goo Hara, she’s the pretty KARA member.
