Sounds like the Fly to the Sky crooner might be better off alone.

It’s only been a few months since R&B duo Fly to the Sky parted ways, but member Hwan-hee is already set to make his comeback with a brand new solo album.

The singer has also signed an exclusive deal with H Entertainment to work as an artist, producer and company executive.

A company representative revealed:

“He will not only be promoting as a singer but also be over-looking at the company’s operations. We are looking forward to not only Hwan-hee’s own music but also other artistes we will groom.”

Hwan-hee’s new album will hit shelves sometime in September. Are you looking forward to it?

And it’s nice to know celebrities have the same blackheads we all worry and frustrate over. The ‘Koyotae’ rapper, held his first photo exhibition, ‘THE Faces’ at hairstylist Park Chul’s ‘Void by Park Chul’ hair studio on the 11th.

On a side note, the newbie photographer should’ve gotten a hair cut while he was at Park Chul’s hair studio. BbeckGa expressed that he wanted to show a more natural side of the celebrities we haven’t seen on-screen or on-stage but what exactly is his meaning of natural? All the celebrities are fully clothed, in make-up, with their hair “did”, making faces, doing poses and so on. The photos aren’t too shabby but they’re not really natural or a new side of celebrities, never before seen. Among the photos of 23 celebrities are Hwan-hee, Brian, Whee-sung, Eugene, Shoo, Yoo Ah-in, Hwang-bo and many more. But among all the photos, not one single picture of his best-friend Rain could be found. Why is that?!

The R&B duo, Fly to the Sky said goodbye on April 12, 2009 after ten years of activity together. Consisting of two members, the English speaker Brian along with the facially reconstructed Hwanhee performed their last stage on SBS‘ “Inkigayo”.

Performing the very first song they debuted, “Day by Day” (1999) along with their last song “Restrictions” (2009), the “great” ballad duo is no more. Although the duo admit that they have not dissolved, but rather they are taking a “break” to focus on their individual careers. However, we all know that the underlying message is “goodbye”.

What makes this breakup more interesting than the other groups is the fact that it occurred during the time many Korean singers and actors are trying to break out into the American market. Our guess is that Brian wanted to debut and his management either decided it was cheaper better for him to debut alone or Hwanhee and Brian were not seeing eye to eye. We can speculate all we want but all we can do is wait and see.

Fly to the Sky received a warm welcome by the Mayor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom, who honored the duo for promoting cultural and economic exchange between Korea and San Francisco county. In their honor, the Mayor declared July 27^th as “Fly to the Sky” Day.
