Wearing a baggy sequined black mini-dress, Lee Hyori picks up “Best Female Artist of the Year” as well as “Best Dance Song” for the hit “U go girl” at the Mnet KM Music Festival on November 15th. The dress does nothing for her, but her makeup with the dark lined eyes and pink lipstick look fabulous.
