Super Junior aren’t the only ones upset over this “loser” thing.

When Honggik University student, Lee Do-kyoung, announced on KBS 2TV’s “Chat with Global Beauties” that men shorter than 180cm are “losers,” Super Junior’s Shindong, Leeteuk, and Eunhyuk took the heat quite well. Though disappointed, they didn’t show anger.

Surprisingly, not from Antis, but from the male constituent, “losers” decided they need to unite under this oppression of height discrimination!

So far, there have been an astounding 78 cases filed through the Press Arbitration Commission against KBS for damages resulting from the “loser” comment. The cases are asking for compensation, ranging from 100,000 won (US$87) to an astounding 3.82 billion won (US$3.3 million).

Even though the production team for “Chat with Global Beauties” has already been changed, and KBS released another public apology on November 16, this issue doesn’t seem like it will die anytime soon.

Super Junior member Shin Dong revealed at a recent press conference that he is planning to drop some weight…again!

The singer, who was there to promote his new SBS variety show “Find it ! Green Gold“, spoke to reporters alongside his co-stars 2AM’s Jo-kwon, SS501’s Kim Hyung-joon and Brian. At one point in the conference,  Shin Dong revealed that he planned to use the show to help him drop a few pounds.

The chubby singer spoke of his plan to lose weight, stating that “Through this chance, I also think of starting my diet plan. In fact, last time I had lost 20kg but I had gained weight again later”.

For those of you who’ve forgotten, this time last year Shin Dong surprised everyone with his shocking weight loss transformation that made even POPSEOUL! say “What the Shin Dong?”.Well, it looks like he’s at it again.

I’m not sure how he shrunk down back then, but this time around it sounds like Shin Dong wants to take the healthy route…literally. The singer explained that he would use good old diet  and exercise (via bike riding) to drop the pounds.  Shin Dong stated that “…because of the show, I have to ride bike and travel a lot, so PD-nim had decided that water, bike and some matter that having relation with diet will be subject of the show, thus I plan to be loose weight again”.

Good for him! Sure, I like my Shin Dong on the chubby side, but a healthy Shin Dong is what’s most important, right? Now if he would just lose that bowl haircut.

Shin Dong’s new show, “Find It! Green Gold”, is set to premiere on SBS on September 14th.

Popseoul! called it first!

We knew the ultimate secret for Super Junior’s Shindong’s weight loss, it was definitely the camera angles.

Recently, Shindong posted on his minihompy that he did NOT lose 16 kg in a month, rather, he lost about 10 kg within a two month period. It has now been 4 months to date with no exact count of how much weight he has actually lost. Probably because he has gained weight again.

The big question now is, why is he stating that now? It’s been about two months since the statement was released and only now does he retract it. And why is he even trying to lose weight anyway? Unless it was for a medical reason, most fans seem to like Shindong before his weight loss because it made him look like a cuddly teddy bear.

Oh well, seems like another star has fallen for the idea that skinnier is better, although we tend to disagree.

The “Super Clowns” are back and they are funnier than ever.

Recently, Super Junior’s Kangin and Shindong released photos of themselves with their newly acquired tattoos. Living up to their new nickname (above), Shindong added to his self a freaky lovely clown with the inspirational words “A friend in need is a friend in deed”.

But the real shocker is Kangin’s tattoo. Although very elaborate and beautifully written, it definitely shows that his “Actions are more precious prection than words”. Good luck with dealing with that blunder for the rest of your life.

Wonder what this will do to their new idol image? Isn’t there some unwritten rule stating no tattoos?

Remember when the first selca images of the not so fat Shindong floated around and then the “oops he gained some more weight” followed?

Well judging from these two shots from September 27, 2008’s episode of SBS’ “Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate“, he pretty much proves the well known concept that a camera angle as well as pose can instantly change the person’s appearance and body mass.

Guess it’s not that big a secret anymore.

What the Shindong? Is he trying to look like Suh In-young with the bowl cut, lipstick and earrings?  Maybe he thought that the extras would take attention away from other parts of his body?

Shindong has miraculously gained weight in the short span of time since he posted up the slim-jm pictures of himself on his Cyworld minihompy. That was September 16^th, but now at the Super Junior Hperformance at the 2008 Supermodel contest on September 19th, the chubby member looks just that-chubby.

So much for the slimming effect of the bowl cut.

Imagine five guys from four different well known groups coming together to crush the top female groups in Korea. Although that did not exactly occur, these five guys from Super Junior, Shinee, 2 AM, and Big Bang attempted to do just that during the 500th special episode of SBS’s Inkigayo which aired on September 7, 2008.

Shindong (SuJu), Sungmin (Suju), Taemin (Shinee), Jo Kwon (2 AM), and Seungri (Big Bang) came together for a special stage where they performed their rendition of Girls Generation’s “Girls Generation” and Wondergirls‘ “So Hot”. Their performance was for lack of a better term interesting but allowed the fans to see another side of their favorite groups.

Amazingly, Taemin, who debuted with no solo parts in “Nuna is So Pretty”, was given solo parts in which you an hear him attempt to sing aswell as see the femininity flexibility of all the singers who participated.

Along with the Wonderboys, Lee Hyori, KARA, Super Junior Happy and F.T. Island performed as well.
