Song Seung-heon and So Ji-sub were chummy chummy as seat buddies for the VIP screening of the new film, “Jump” (국가대표, 2009), directed by Kim Yong-hwa, on July 22nd at Samsung Coex Megabox Theater.
Starring “The Chaser” star Ha Jung-woo, the film chronicles the story of Korean Olympic ski jump team at the Nagano Winter Olympics in 1998. “Jump” opens nationwide on July 29th.

We all know that the multi-lingual Lee Byung-hun (aka “Brian”) has a role in the summer blockbuster, “G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra” (2009) but did you know that So Ji-sub will also make his international debut?
Yep. So Ji-sub will take on the leading man role in a romantic comedy, “Sophie’s Revenge” (2009) with Chinese stars, Zhang Ziyi and Fan Bing Bing.

“G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” will hit theaters on August 5th and “Sophie’s Revenge” opens almost 2 weeks later on August 20th in Korea.

So Ji-sub hob nobs with Zhang Ziyi and Fan Bing Bing (far right) at the 2009 Shanghai International Film Festival on June 13th. Although the body language of the Korean actor seems to indicate indifference with his hands flatly on the sides or clasped in the front, but his mind is probably thinking something naughty.
So Ji-sub and Zhang Ziyi have paired up for the new movie, “Sophie’s Revenge”
