Song Seung-hun becomes a beast for the shoot of W.

The actor famous for his rock hard body and action based roles has shown his sexy beast side again for the magazine W.

The September issue of W will include interviews regarding his role on MBC drama “East of Eden” that concluded this march and what he plans to do next.

Song Seung-heon and So Ji-sub were chummy chummy as seat buddies for the VIP screening of the new film, “Jump” (국가대표, 2009), directed by Kim Yong-hwa, on July 22^nd at Samsung Coex Megabox Theater.

Starring “The Chaser” star Ha Jung-woo, the film chronicles the story of Korean Olympic ski jump team at the Nagano Winter Olympics in 1998. “Jump” opens nationwide on July 29^th.

Hallyu star Song Seung-heon is a free agent.

The bushy-browed actor has left his previous management, MNet Media and opened up his own company, Storm S. The actor recently founded ‘Storm S’ along with a few close acquaintances this past May and has announced that they will now officially start running their company this month.

An acquaintance of one of the company founder’s stated,

The president of the company is actually Song Seung-heon’s partner.  Song Seung-heon himself will have no part in the entertainment financial business side. At the moment, the actor has no specific plans of action and just set up the basic company for now. He is still in need of hiring employees to run the company.

This past June 1st, the actor left a message on his own fanclub homepage titled, “It’s been a while since my last greeting. This is Song Seung heon“.  In the post he stated,

Truthfully, I recently left my management company and am preparing for my independence. It’s hard for me to hide my feelings and it makes me sad to think that I am parting ways with the company I was with for the past few years. The company staff members were like family and helped me become who I am today. But lately I’ve constantly been thinking  in the back of my mind, ‘Is there anything that I can do better in?’ and ‘I should interact with all of you (fans)  more actively’ while another part of my mind is nervous and worried about the decision I’ve made…

The trend seems to be for top stars in Korea to form their own management company. So this is really nothing new. The more important question is: “Since So Ji-sub and Song Seung-heon are close friends and So Ji-sub no longer has a management company since his contract ended with BOF this past May, will he become a family of Storm S?”.

We’re gonna have to wait and see. Meanwhile, congratulations to Song Seung-heon for founding his own company. And a little side note for Mr. Song- you, yourself know better that Storm S is more than likely to be successful, so stop acting like you’re doubting your decision!

More “evidence” that Song Seung-heon and co-star Lee Yeon-hee are very much an item, has appeared in a Korean sports/celebrity paper recently. The paper stated that during taping for the drama in Hong Kong, room assignments were the source of complaint among the cast of the hit drama “East of Eden.” Why? Because Song Seung-heon and his lady love, Lee Yeon-hee were assigned a suite room together while the rest of the cast were given regular hotel rooms. Since they were staying together, they should have a bigger room right?

An unidentified fan captured the mighty fine Song Seung-heon on location taping the hit drama, “East of Eden.” Even at his worst angles, the man is simply scrumptious.  Yum.

The rumor mill is grinding furiously as netizens believe that the sexy star of the popular MBC drama, “East of Eden,” Song Seung-heon (32)and his much young leading lady, Lee Yeon-hee (20) are in love.

Talk started when a morning celebrity program mentioned that on a popular drama, an older more established male star is absolutely crazy about his new love, a new and much younger female star. With this information, netizens have quickly concluded that the only couple who fit the description is none other than Song Seung-heon and Lee Yeon-hee.

And since Korea is a very small society, we guesstimate that this is probably true. What do you think? Could they be a couple despite the 12 year age gap?

Thirty-two percent of viewers in Korea had their eyes peeled on the anguished kiss between sexy Song Seung-heon and Lee Yeon-hee in the 15^th episode of the hit drama, “East of Eden.”

In the scene, Dong-chul (Song Seung-heon) is forced to reject Young-ran’s (Lee Yeon-hee) love because he cares for her enough to not want to mess up her life due to the circumstances between him and her father.

The persistent Young-ran doesn’t take no for answer and tries again, to which Dong-chul gives in…. damn!

Based on the pictures alone (couldn’t find a clip), Young looks desperate for some contact (and we understand fully but desperation is not attractive)- so we rate the kiss: sizzleless.

So Song Seung-heon said no to a 20 million USD, 4 year contract with a Japanese management company- who really cares as long as we get another chance to put up a different shirtless picture of the smoking hot actor.

The 32 year old rejected the money so he could star in the 47th anniversary project for MBC, “East of Eden.” Good choice.

Song Seung-heon took off his shirt for a higher purpose. “East of Eden” is now being hailed as the “citizen’s drama” because the sexy actor represents his country with his delicious “chocolate” bar structured abs and big bulging biceps . Swoon. We don’t need anything else.

Every healthy male in Korea must serve 2 years of mandatory military service-and stars are no exception. While many of the stars seem to favor going to the military in their mid to late 20’s, perhaps thinking it would be easier, it’s not.
