Yay! Joongi sort of looks like a man now – a scary looking one if I may. Korea’s prettiest boy has been working hard to become Korea’s hottest man and to my delight, he’s somewhat successful in shedding his pretty boy image with his new haircut and weight loss – 7 kgs to be exact. And I’m sure that his new manly role in the drama Times of Dog and Wolves will lock in the new image for sure. Unless well, he plays a wimpy bodyguard who gets beat up all the time. Haha, just kidding. Actually, Lee Joongi plays a secret agent who experiences memory loss, causing him to turn into a malicious killer. And it’s reported that Lee Jun Ki will change his hair style once again after he joins the mafia. I bet you that he’ll get a buzz cut to look like a gangsta.
Anyways, good news to Joongi’s Thai fans. The main location for the new drama is in Thailand, so he’s expected to spend at least a month there and he’s flying over there on the 15th of this month. Times of Dog and Wolves will air on MBC sometime in July. I can’t wait to see the new manly Joongi.
