My Lovely Kim Sam Soon star, Kim Sun Ah is getted sued by Yoon and Joon Production House for walking away from the movie Thursday’s Baby. They noted that Kim Suh Ah and the Director had a falling out due to personality clashes and they are demanding 2.3 billion won (US$2.3 million) for damages.
Kim Suh Ah is outraged by the charges because she feels that she should be compensated for her financial losses and emotional stress. Kim agreed to film the movie immediately after MLKSS back in 2005 and she was proactively involved in the production. She attended all the weekly meetings and even agreed to concentrate only on the movie during the production period – which is why we haven’t seen her in any dramas since MLKSS. However, the movie never got made as the production company played musical chairs with the directors and even with the production houses.
I think Kim Sun Ah has a stronger case against the production house, but the fact that the Yoon and Jun sued her first demonstrates that they have some kind of killer evidence against her. I guess we’ll have to see how they are going to settle or how the judge is going to rule. Who do you think is telling the truth?
Btw, the movie Thursday Baby evolved into Seven Days and Kim Yun Jin is currently filming it. Yup, “world star” Kim Yun Jin got sloppy seconds. Ah, the beauty of star biz…

that’s absurd~ them suing her! The other news I heard she was the one who backed out of the movie but then after MNIKSS she didnt really had projetcs so I think she might be telling the truth coz she’s out of the spotlight until now~ and this! The prod. company wants money out of her!

Why do ppl keep on saying she lost weight? Doesn’t everyone know that she gained weight to play MLKSS? I hope this rules in her favor who wants to pay $2.3 billion won haha *chokes on water* If they were back in forth with directors that factor could help Sun Ah maybe.

I think they are bullying her since she already was too tolerant of their dragging out the production so they feel they are being invited to slam her down hard to kill any chance of her suing them and because they feel tingly excitement at having been tolerated by her already. She was too nice to them. She looks great. How come she is so much more comfortable to look at than other actors? What is it about her face?
if some of you don’t know about the news that were released months ago…Kim Sun Ah has been REMOVED from the casting and her role was given to that girl from Lost. Suna is the professional one here. just so they don’t have proofs to that,well,she just agreed to gain few pounds just to make her character in MNIKSS more thorough! she was the one removed from Thursday’s Child! she didn’t backed out from the project. there are some pics that would prove that Suna has filmed this movie. so it’s not her fault! i think they’re trying to ruin Suna! first,they removed her,and now,they’re suing her! jeez!
