maybe you’re thinking about physical size, like height/weight categories different ethnicities fall into.
for bodybuilding, everyone can eat lots of protein, cut down carbohydrate, and do mad work-outs to build muscle mass.
at that point it’s more about how hard you push your body to its extremes, not your “race”.
