Korea’s little sister, Moon Geun Young is pulling a Yun Eun Hye on us. She’s coming back to the small screen afer two years disguised as boy in her new drama Wind’s Flower Garden. This saguk drama, based on a best selling novel, is about a gifted painter who lives her life as a boy in hopes of finding her father’s murderer.
After Coffee Prince’s success, many feminine actress are jumping on the drag king bandwagon. Sung Yuri in her fusion saguk drama, Hong Gil Dong and Moon Geun Young in her new traditional drama, but they seem to be forgetting that Coffee Prince was a sucess not because Yun Eun Hye utilized her flat chest, but because the drama was beautifully executed. Let’s see how long this drag king trend lasts.
Moon Geun Young will start filming Wind’s Flower Garden in March after she takes a leave of absence from school.
