Let’s think of a few rational explanation or two as to why she is not wearing pants
- she thinks that her stockings are thick enough to pass off as pants
- she wants to do the intentional crotch flash so she can be at the same league as Hollywood starlets
- no one told her that her pants were missing (just like when I had this huge rip just below my bum in my jeans, but no one told me)
Well, whatever the reason, this is no excuse to be pantless in public no matter how desperate you are for attention.
