After performing “Again and Again” over and over again, the boys of 2PM are moving on to promote the next song off their mini-album, “2:00 Time For Change.” The track “I Hate You” is a smooth R&B track that heavily relies on the autotune effect, which is what American artist T-Pain loves to use to constantly switch up his pitch to create his “signature” sound.
The special stage began with a danceless “Again and Again” intro, which seamlessly transitioned into “I Hate You.” The boys make the right choice of discarding their previous color coordinated leather appendages, opting for a manlier studded GQ sort of style. Sadly for Nickhun, he gets the most boring looking blue collared shirt, while the rest of the guys get to wear fancy suspender pieces, show off their guns, or get cool face gear like Tacyeon’s shades or Jun-ho and Jun-su’s Bousouzoku mask.
Being that this is their first performance of “I Hate You,” their vocals are weak, and this is a more vocally demanding song than “Again and Again.” No acrobatics here since the song is of a slower pace, but the boys change formation and hop around a lot, so that will keep the fangirls squealing.

I like the song a lot! In the live Taecyeon sounded like T.O.P from Big Bang when he rapped!

For some reason I doubt that the boys themselves are copying TOP’s style like so many people are accusing. In all likelihood they have absolutely no control over the outfits they wear on stage. Its their STYLISTS borrowing ideas from other artists.
